Alchemy in Liverpool

Booked for brunch. Cocktails were great for the show and theatre but mediocre tasting. Had an issue with finding glass in one of the drinks we had. Will always judge not on the issue but the way it was dealt with and the waitress was super apologetic, grabbed the manager straight away who dealt with it in a professional way. Food was great, brunch cocktails not for us but I do love some of the others they do and complaint handling makes them a win. Kept a customer despite a rough visit.

Cocktail lovers dream! All the usual classics to pick from and their own specials that bubble, foam and delight.A nice place to go for something different and try the wide selection. It is expensive but a good experience.Good music on and nicely decorated. Helpful friendly bar staff who can offer tips on the wide range of cocktails.

Absolutely love it here! Every time I go, the staff are unbelievably friendly and really interact with the customers. Drinks are pricey but when you paying for the theatre of it, it makes it worth while. Wouldn’t go just for a normal drink because it wouldn’t be worth it but definitely go if you are willing to try the fun drinks

No visit to Liverpool is complete without a visit to this place!!! I booked me and a friend for the brunch where we got 3 cocktails and a brunch item from the menu for £25 & it fid not dissapoint! The theatrics of the cocktails is amazing and staff are very knowledgeable and so friendly. We watched lunch food fly by and were very impressed. Food was gr8, drinks were fab...go!!

Fabulous as always, the staff on the bar are always excellent, there just never seems to be enough of them. Whereas the food section seemed to have excess staff.

Cocktails are very fun, but a touch not strong enough. However, place was buzzing, so atmosphere was good. We had lots of food which was nice enough. The best bit was our host, she was so friendly and lovely!

Nice place to go for some drinks, the cocktails are prepared in the bar, not at the table, so keep it in mind if you want to take a video 😉 PS: If you sit near the bar you can also see how other drinks are prepared that is also nice.

Wow what an experience, what an awesome place!!From entry to leaving it was seriously a memorable occasion that we can’t wait to do again! The staff are so very warm and welcoming, the food was delicious & the cocktails were out of this world. Add to all that, the theatre, the ethical background and you feel so much better about having such a fantastic evening.Make sure you have plenty of room, from the starters to desert everything was cooked to perfection and so very tasty. The charcoal battered cod & chips looked strange due to the black exterior but tasted phenomenal. The French Steak Sandwich was gorgeous and I would definitely have that again.Kate, our server was so very lovely, funny, warm and patient we really couldn’t have asked for more from her!Can’t recommend this place enough for a memorable night/evening with friends or loved ones

First time ever in The Alchemist Liverpool! Great venue and amazing cocktail list, will definitely be back to try some more. Very busy when we went so waited a short while before finding a table to sit our party but would still recommend trying this place out!

Came here for drinks with my other half as we are visiting Liverpool from Essex. The selection of cocktails were out of this world! Such a unique place and can see why it gets the reputation it has.Cocktails that we tried tasted & looked great! The only small criticism I could give is that the cocktail portions were very small. Definitely go visit for something a bit different!
