Attempted to dine in for dinner on Saturday but the place was fully booked so had to takeaway our burgers.Ordered âThis is Liverpoolâ, âFamousâ and âPhoenixâ as well as âPhoenix FriesâFamous was like a normal burger with veges and one burger patty. But according to my friends who had âThis is Liverpoolâ, the chicken didnât go well with the patty insideâŠPhoenix fries were yum in the beginning but tasted too salty after a short whileâŠI give 3/5 as it wan not as good as I expected in my standard.

If you like your burgers then this is the place for you, but read the menu first if you don't as there isn't many other options. Very friendly staff, qwerky venue and tasty food. Great burgers and the sides were amazing

Been to the one in Manchester so decided to try this one, very good food and service, really enjoyed our meal. Asked the waitress for a surprise boozy milkshake and ended up having a few of them as they were that good. Highly recommend this place but book in advance to avoid disappointment. We went in on a Wednesday night and they were turning people away as its so popular.

I've been a bit generous with the review because the guy who welcomed us and took our order was really friendly and an asset to the team. The burger offer also helped too.We tried to call over a waitress to order who had Scottish style trousers on. She looked over and ignored us. The guy who welcomed us later came back, apologised about the wait and took our order. We asked for no chillis. When the food came, the fries weren't hash fries, they were spicy and they forgot the wings we had ordered. The burger itself looked great, but was pretty average and was lacking sauce. The dirty fries were better though.Once again we had to find someone to pay. The place wasn't busy and was only half full. I'll be going elsewhere next time.

We ordered the incredible Christmas spectacular, Son of a Nutcracker burger. What a delicious mountain that was. If it's still on the menu definitely give it a go. A belter of a beef, sausage and chicken burger, topped with a chorizo and cheese sausage roll and a pig in blanket (unfortunately it appeared they'd run out for us) with a side of delicious buttery gravy. If you're in a two, I'd recommend sharing a side of fries between you as a portion of fries each would be a bit of an undertaking; unless you're an absolute dustbin.

Excellent place. Visited a few times before and it's always been great. Extremely friendly staff and the food is amazing as always. Would definitely recommend. By far the best place to go for burgers. Really recommend the Chicken Blasts too.

Nice electric atmosphere with a cyberpunk vibe. Have visited the Manchester Great Northern restaurant last year and Liverpool was just as good as there. All the food was absolutely delicious and flavourful! The service was very good, and we were seated fast and our drinks order taken quickly afterwards. The food order came soon after and the food was then out within 15 minutes of that. Very filling and generous portions. On the whole the entire meal is fairly expensive, but for the quality and taste it's easily justifiably. If back in Liverpool will certainly consider going be back!

The place was spacious and comfy. Orders go in by scanning the qr code and payments are done online. The burger was unreal. It was delicious and the patty was so juicy. The burger was stacked with a lot of ingredients as well, so be prepared to get your hands and face messy. Fries were crisp and the toppings were delicious, but only order it if you are very hungry and the burger is quite heavy already. Price was reasonable.
