Great food but unfortunately due to their sneaky money grabbing set up this Restaurant just lost a long standing customer after this order finally arrives. Online it stipulates they are open from 12:30pm to 10pm and taking orders but it's not until I complete my order that they then inform me that they won't be open until 4:30pm and my food won't be delivered until 5:40pm but they happily took the payment? They have a cheek misleading customers in this way and then not even having the common decency to answer the Restaurant Phone even when you ring the establishment constantly to rectify it, I now have 2 hungry children that have to wait until 20mins before their bedtime until they are able to eat. Fact is this place needs to stop accepting orders before they are willing to deliver the food that way people who are trying to give their kids a midweek treat aren't left waiting because this Restaurants owners are more concerned with spinning a profit than keeping customers.

Omg, incredible food and fast delivery. The food was on another level. Restaurant quality and the naan bread was superb. We have always used another curry house not too far away but someone recommended trying these guys. Absolutely superb, honestly please try them. Well done Arong. Looking forward to ordering again soon 🙌🙌

I’ve just chucked £28’s worth of food in the bin, absolutely fuming. This place has gone right down the pan, customer service stinks. My order (lamb balti) had what can only be described as tubes in it, possibly from the insides of the lamb. The meal was tough, and on further inspection I found the horrible bits in it, absolutely disgusting. I rang up, to be told this was normal by the girl on the counter. I questioned this, to be told that she would speak to the manager and call me back. Needless to say, 40mins later and I’d not received a call back. I rang back and spoke to the manager, who said he would get a driver to look at it. I instead offered to take a few pieces to the shop to show them, the manager then said that these things happen… This is totally disgusting, and was offered a discount on my next meal to compensate. Needless to say, I will never order from this establishment again. I demanded a refund, to be offered £6 for the actual lamb balti curry. I paid £28 for a meal that went in the bin, to me this was an absolute insult. I told the manager to keep his £6, and said I would recommend all my friends, family and associates to stay well clear of Arong. Extremely poor customer service, stay well clear!!!

Ordered and paid online for my Daughters birthday meal after hour and half and 65 phone calls (they had taken phone off) still no meal went down to the shop to be told they had a driver down and where our food had been sitting in a warmer barely hot had to wait another twenty mins for Food to be recooked nearly three hours after taking monies finally get food and and a sorry oh and two pieces of cake which where frozen! For our inconvenience not that two pieces of cake make up for lost time or delays on there part no communication and awful customer service avoid at all costs!I’m all for supporting local businesses but when your constantly let down enough is enough!

Since I moved to the area, I've made an effort to try a different Indian takeaway each time I want one. Arong has definitely come out on top.Imagine your usual Indian takeaway but with more attention to detail and effort - this is it. Food was packed away nicely, on time, adjusted as per my order notes, very well priced, and most importantly was delicious.Despite clearly being very busy, I was met with friendly service, and I'd be happy to come here again. Keep smashing it Arong.

Ordered food 2.5 hours ago, no answer on the phone or live chat. Then I arrive to collect instead and the delivery was clearly not coming, was told that they couldn’t refund my delivery charge even though I collected. Staff were rude and asking me what my problem was when I was nice as pie with them. Food was cold and the order they give me was wrong, missing starter, wrong main and different rice, forgot then naan bread too. Absolute joke and overpriced for what we got, tasted average. Arong used to be really good but gone downhill majorly for whatever reason. Will not be using again
