We booked a hen weekend in Liverpool via Off Limits- we were due to stay at The Shankly Hotel.-however no booking was actually made for us at this hotel- the hen company had made a mistake and not booked us in properly!Stephen went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 14 at The Arthouse Hotel. He really came through for us, his service was excellent and he really did save the weekend from being a complete disaster!thank you again Stephen for helping us that weekend and making up for other companies failings!!

Terrible experience. Room inside a hole in the wall across from bathrooms, doesn’t even have a table with chairs or a desk or a fridge, or even a phone.Music loud till very late at night. Horrible experience overall.

Nice place, it's the heart of the city centre. With lots of bar, clubs and cinemas around. Close to shopping centres. Private car park close by £16 for two days.Value for money. The only downside is the flooded bathroom. Still waiting for my deposit.

The room was luxurious and was great to accommodate are party. However we had an issue the apartment would not let a friend in as there was an error writing down the name which spoiled our night. Bedroom is dimly lit. Bath was a great spa bathtub. The room speaker didn’t work but the staff brought us a portable speaker. Check in was easy and the desk staff were helpful.

Would have been five stars if we'd visited on a different day or later in the day but the lunch menu was too limited to stay so we just had drinks. Menu is excellent looking and the singing waitresses and waiters are fantastic. Just a shame we picked the wrong day, partly our fault for not noticing 😉

Art house is amazing our room is great for what we wanted. The food in the restaurant was bellow standard, the service was poor and the songs were average. The hotel reception was great and we would highly recommend the hotel but eat elsewhere.

This hotel is ideal for those who aren't too concerned about their accommodation. Probably most suited to young groups and hen parties due to the theme of the rooms. We did find some of the staff very helpful. However, the walls are not sound proof and were kept awake by parties at all hours. The hotel cannot be faulted on cleanliness

Very nice staff, beds so comfortable! Delicious breakfast, perfect situation right in Liverpool. 10 minutes walking away from the train station. Night options around the hotel, but still a quiet place to rest after a long day visiting the city. We took a cap to Liverpools airport, only 30 minutes away.

Beth what an amazing burlesque instructor had such a great time learning new fun and sassy moves. Every age / ability group catered for made to feel amazing sexy and fantastic got everyone envolved. What a great day out highly recommend. X
