The food is basically a joke, you better buy a cheese burger next door, better quality

I will start with the best part, the very beautiful and professional young lady who with a warm greeting and a knockout smile made me feel very welcome. The glass of chilled water was a nice touch. She was far far too good for that place. Not sure of her name but she was just outstanding. The food was a joke! Bacon was so dried out it was a job to eat. The scrambled egg was pretty dry and poor. The glasses for fruit juice were all dirty. Massively disappointed at what was a dried stale leftover. Coffee was great though. Terrible food sadly, sharpen up people are paying £25

We travelled to Portugal for our long awaited Honeymoon on the 18th Oct 21. We had married in may and this had been rearranged due to obvious restrictions. We were excited to use the lounge as part and the start of our honeymoon. The experience was extremely disappointing . We were greeted by a male waiter who could not have been any more disinterested. He took our details and said “ help your self”. I had paid for a glass of Prosecco for us both. I had to find him to get this. The food was poor , very poor .In effect we paid £70 for a couple of croissants, coffee and a glass of Prosecco .I would not recommend them or use them again.

Staff were very friendly, but if you type in the wrong password once for the paid WiFi it locks out that device completely and you cannot sign in again. I used to lounge for work as the airport WiFi was extremely slow. I don't have a UK number so I couldn't use my own hotspot either. Very disappointed.

Bright, modern decor, great selection of food and drinks. Staff here are very welcoming and engaging. The service is excellent. The tables are cleared and cleaned immediately and everywhere is spotless. Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed with this lounge. It's more expensive than other airports. Even though it's been refurbished, I don't think the designers have thought too much about it. It's far to open. Everyone can watch you eat as there is no privacy. The table we were allocated was a coffee table so totally useless for eating off. Food luke warm and as for the staff......where are you? One man waiting at the bar for over 5 mins whilst staff chat in the back room. I feel totally ripped off!!!

I always enjoy a little stop here when I have the time. (Use Liverpool airport several times a month ) Not the most luxurious airport lounge in the world, but its a small airport & the staff are always very friendly, kind & make you feel welcome & I think that makes it a bit nicer! (Thank you Ladies! X)The lounge has just had a refit & it's very clean & trendy. Its a lot brighter than it used to be. The new layout has more tables & chairs of a proper height & it is more comfortable to sit & eat or use your laptop. Much more practical for a business user than juggling everything on knees or coffee tables! On my last visit the food was nice & fresh, with salad, deli meats & cheeses, relishes, fresh breads, hot soup, curry & pasta... & lots of yummy cakes! The wine was nice & there is a good selection of other drinks available if preffered. Will keep returning! Xx

Came here early in the morning. Food is super limited and yes they have a good selection of alcohol but at that time in the morning food and non alcoholic beverages are the most important. The lounge it’s self is super stylish and very well done. They have free wifi but the cost of over £25 to get into the lounge is far too high for what you get.

Very limited selection of breakfast items, no TV signal, BBC news impossible to watch due to severe interference, only one TV, sausages tough and rubbery, also found a bone inside the sausages, no Irish baileys, no nibbles, no crisps, no bottled water, no bottles of coke, slow WiF, the room was cold, no Nutella, very limited selection compared to other lounges I have used, no toast. We paid £50 for two people and felt quite ripped off, especially considering the bone we found in the sausages ruined our breakfast.Alcohol selection was ok. Personally I would not go to this lounge again and I would not recommend it to others. There is a great selection of amenities at Liverpool airport which outcompete this lounge. We were very disappointed overall, although it was OK.

Much smaller lounge than others locally e.g. Manchester. Limited choice of food and drinks given the small counter and bar area. There are no toilet facilities in the lounge! For the loo you leave the lounge and walk 150 yards!! Came in at 10.30am for breakfast. Bacon, sausage, beans and scrambled egg on offer. No menu to buy upgraded meals. One choice of newspaperAnd one TV.
