We stayed 1 night, and the room on the top floor was clean and comfortable. Excellent staff, particularly Virginia who greeted us on reception and was very friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast was provided in the morning which was great, even with the coffee machine being a bit temperamental! Free parking in front (if you arrive early enough) and more on the road outside. (No restrictions at time of writing). Would recommend, and certainly stay again. Thanks.

Very small car park, we had to park the car along the street by the hotel instead. TV didn't work. Very weak water pressure in the shower, luckily I washed my hair before coming because I wouldn't be able to do it in here. About 13min drive from the city centre, the uber costed us about £9.50 each way.The bed was clean and comfortable.

A few major issues keep my rating very low, but without helpful and friendly staff it would have been lower. Continental breakfast was quite decent, coffee machine broken. Nice lounge and billiard room. But, room key cards were unreliable, giving us serious room access issues. Room was mostly clean, but the shower was clogged, which is unacceptable. TV was a bit iffy. No one at reception when we checked out.It must have been a busy weekend in Liverpool as we were paying peak prices ~£95 per night, not such good value. It’s a nice looking building, in a fairly convenient if somewhat rundown area.

Had the best nights on my holiday. It's in a very good location as the number 10 bus takes you to the city. There is a McDonald's and lisl near by. Breakfast was good, the staff were amazing helped me with every problem I had. Highly recommend.

As a base for attending Football matches or Concerts at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium its ideally located just 2 miles from Anfield. Parking on site is very limited (1st come...1st serve) however ample on-street parking was available outside the Hotel. There were numerous local High St Shops 2min walk away. The Hotel is clean, with friendly staff on reception and in the Bar, with well appointed rooms having in-room tea & coffee making facilities, a Continental Breakfast was included in the price.

Sub par. You're better off spending a little more for a better location, what you save you spend on Ubers...Room was small with a tiny bedroom. Shower is underpowered and cramped. Check-in was odd, the guy came back to my room to get some documents signed.Breakfast not served during the week.Bed was comfortable, but flood lights outside mean very little sleep can be hadA little dirty and shabby.

A bit shabby, and the carpets at the bottom of the stairs need a dam good vacuum, actually they need throwing out and new ones secured they're as old as the building, once we climbed the 100s of stairs to the top on the narrowest staircase, you were hit by the heat., so warm the window was open all night,,. A little dizzy in check in and rooms not properly explained how to get to them, but once you get in, I was pleasantly suprised. New mattresses I think great sleep and a nice bathroom., plenty parking, I won't be back, but it does its job. Thanks.

I can't rate the staff at the hotel enough, we had a large group, turned up super early, checked in super late, but nothing was too much trouble. Let us get changed, took group pics and just always said yes with a smile. Someone even carried my bags to my room which was the other end of the carpark. This was one of the best experiences i've had, we will definitely stay again next year.

My husband booked a room here the night the Rolling Stones are playing near by. We got a message the day after booking claiming his card wouldn't go through. He tried to pay again and contacted the hotel by message saying the card was working and could they try again or he could happily pay with another card... lo and behold, the room was just cancelled instead! Hmm, is there a chance they've realised they could get loads more money that night and don't want to uphold their listed rates and existing bookings? We've booked elsewhere now, using that mysteriously 'not working' card.

Smashed my head off a sharp piece of marble in the middle of the night that somebody thought would be a good idea to stick to the top of the bedside table which sits higher then the height of the mattress and the wallpaper was pealing off due to mould when I told the member of staff in the morning he looked like he couldn’t care less. Bed was comfy that’s about the only good thing.
