Bella Italia Liverpool in Liverpool

Was sat in for dinner tonight, food was late and bland. The manger 'Laura' also berated her staff infront of the entire restaurant (who had been useful, but we're clearly under stress). Avoid at all costs, extremely unprofessional and a genuinely unpleasant dining experience.

Visited this restaurant over the past weekend during a stay in Liverpool. Here is a summary of our visit.Staff: Very friendly and attentive ... couldn't fault them.Food: Average quality and therefore slightly overpriced in our opinion.Drinks: Totally overpriced. Over £5 for a small bottle of lager, and a bottle of sparkling water cost as much as a gin and lemonade !Overall: Wouldn't visit again.

Very busy and staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the food was mediocre and it felt more like a fast food place and not an authentic Italian restaurant like it used to be. Won't be returning.

Staff were brilliant, some food was nice but some was still good. Just not as good. Cookie dough was amazing

Staff are very welcoming. Nice atmosphere in a busy part of liverpool. Food is good nothing special but enjoyable, I did avail of a voucher for kids meal but it was still a little pricey even with voucher. I'm sure there's better Italian restaurants around but was OK.

Had a lovely 3 course meal here today with a friend.The food was delicious and our waiter was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.-1 star for cold pasta and flat coke on draft.

Had a make your own pizza experience. It was fun and we got to keep our aprons we were given. The service was excellent and we were very well looked after. Would highly recommend this place on the level of service alone

Nice place, good food, the staff are friendly and short wait for food to arrive.

Partner and I went out for a date night and were very impressed. Was seated very quickly and ordered from the set menu, 3 courses for £17.99 which is amazing value for the food we got. Portions were decently sized and the food was delicious! Staff were lovely and attentive even as the restaurant got busy. Only down side (and the reason for a 4 instead of 5 stars) was the price of the drinks! Be wary as they definitely add up on the final bill 😂Will 100% be returning though, can definitely see this restaurant becoming a regular visit!

Visited today. Had a reservation for 2pm but phoned up over an hour earlier to cheekily ask if we could come early. It was no problem. Arrived and shown to our table by a beautiful lady with long brown hair (sorry I didn't get her name), who not only served and generally ran around but also greeted people & answered the phone aswell. Ordered our drinks with a young, blonde waitress who told us the flavour of San Pelligeino we wanted was out of stock but then brought us the said drink lol. The baked mushroom starters were lovely, the traditional lasange tasted a bit wheaty and the Cacio E Pepe, consisting of pasta, Chickin and panchetta was OK but won't be having again. Not the best visit to a Bella we've ever had, along with the earlier wrong drink, the same waitress bought us the food but no utensils and also the bill came with alsorts of various meals on it we hadn't actually had lol. Sorted it in the end though. Not the best visit we had there, but the lady I mentioned before who totally multi-tasked deserves a payrise. She was superb 👍👍
