Really well priced food, value for money and staff were very friendly, and couldn't do enough to help would definitely recommend anyone to visit if not for food just the banter..brilliant..

Good 😌 place, has a good atmosphere. The bar staff are good. The one called Emma is a Diamond. Definitely what I consider the hardest working barmaid in Liverpool she can serve multiple people at once. Definitely a gold star from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I came in today with me mate who is also 12 and me mum because my car had broken down and it was my 12th birthday (8 March) and we just decided to have something to eat nearby whilst waiting for the mechanics to come out and tell us the problem. So we went in and sat down and the guy came to tell us we weren’t allowed to eat here because they are too young and they don’t let “kids” in after 7. Bare in mind the pub was absolutely dead and no one was there and we were literally sitting in the corner. We were escorted out the building which was incredibly embarrassing especially for me and my friend. We only wanted something to eat and were escorted out like we were causing havoc. It’s absolutely disgusting and will never be coming back to this place in my entire life. May I also mention there was other kids in there eating.Thanks for the great experience 👍

This place is absolutely awful. I really do not reccomend it here. To start off, they don't have any vegan/vegetarian options at all on the menu, which is a big deal and very unfair. I was with my sister and our niece and her friend. They are both mature 12 year olds who barely made any noise, they are very polite and were simply just looking at the menu. Around 5 minutes later a worker walks up to us and tells us kids can't be in here after a certain time and showed no sympathy at all! My neice and her friend were both very sad as they were excited to go and eat some food at what they thought was a great place. It left us all embarrassed, especially the two 12 year old girls who were just wanting some food after a stressful evening! There was hardly anyone else in there, only a large ammount of kids already eating! They looked younger than my neice and her friend and it left us all starving and angry. This place is awful and i will NOT be coming here again!

Very good service, especially by the staff member called Bayley who was very nice and attentive. The food was good which was made even better by Bayleys very funny amazing jokes. Shout out to bayley great member of staff!

Steak and Ale Pies are Brilliant will be calling there again was out celebrating the laying of our marble stone on Everton Valley and Royal Street

Yes it was OK, only went to have a quick drink with our so sons, more for the younger clientele, 😀 I did like the way one of the boys on the door said to us "its a bit quieter down to the bottom bar"🤣 brought back happy memories from when I used to go there when I was younger 😀

Excellent choice of meals. My friend and I meet up to enjoy 2 meals for £10.99. Hunters chicken is brilliant, my favourite . Friendly staff , and nice surroundings

Booked a table 10 people for 7.45 / 8.00 , at 8 .20: we tried to order our food, to which we were told , we had to hurry because the chef wanted to go home, even though it advertised that they stop taking orders at 9.00.We we went to ordered various meals only to be informed that they didn’t have want we wanted & that we couldn’t order a 3 course because there would be no one there to cook the desserts. One of our party received their starter with their main meal, the rest of the party waited another 10 or more minutes before they received their meals, I told the waitress that they had also ordered a starter to which she said.. they will come out soon. I find this totally disgusting, if you advise that you stop taking orders at a certain time then the chef ( if he is one) as well as the kitchen staff should stay until that time.
