Burger King in Liverpool

Slow service, waited almost half an hour for a simple meal, food was cold when received too when I asked for a replacement I was met with dull looks and sighs of regret from the staff who seem to hate working there. Tables dirty, floor needed mopping. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat in the city

Had a double whopper, not had one for years. Very disappointed. Bread very dry and broke up. Hardly any salad and it wasn't fresh.

I think we arrived on a bad day.Card machines failed (luckily had cash on us) Coke machine was broken so had the Cola Crush (which was okay)Then, we finally got our food and was unfortunately cold. I normally love Burger King, but this was a bad experience

This place just seems to lack any sort of atmosphere. Servers were sullen. Restaurant was cold. Food OK but went cold quickly. No hot drinks available. Only hot drink on the menu was tea anyway.

Burger kings in the uk are pretty sad experiences. The food is usually satisfactory, but often a wait. Offers are always there, but their happy hour is not great. App crashes and often the staff are clueless unable to överide tills and can't place an order without the code. After waiting ten minutes to place an order and then the app crashes so you cannot order is frustrating. Contacting BK via the ratings system is pointless as they do not reply.

I asked Argentinian angus burger with out bacon person who served me he confirmed that it doesnt come with it. When I picked up the order there was bacon inside ok that is mistake but when I took it back the burger they pick up the bacon with his barehands and he sent it to me the same burger in different box well sir I dont consume bacon if I want it to pick them up from my burger I can use my own hand. Probably that is the reason WHY MC. Cross the street busier then this place

Have just had a meal here and unfortunately the place was not up to the usual standard we expect and receive from other BK restaurants. Very disappointing. Firstly they had no hot drinks. Then, the ladies' toilets were blocked and disgusting. I reported this to the girl who was serving. She offered me the key to the disabled toilet but no apology or promise to sort it out. We had to clean a table ourselves as all of the tables were dirty and clearly hadn't been wiped for some time. The floor had food all over it. The returned tray bins were overflowing and trays had been piled on top of the bins with food spilling everywhere. I politely went to inform a staff member that I would be leaving a negative review. I expected to be asked why, but I wasn't and so I explained. I did think an apology might ensue, but no. The only comment I received was, "Okay, well, I've only just come on" and she walked away leaving me standing. I am very disappointed in the state of the place and the customer service. The food, however, was good. Should any manager need photographs I do have some.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Not only were my consumer rights abused on a festive night. The price advertised on ALL the screens in there was apparently not updated, and I ended up paying significantly more than what was advertised and what I was expecting. I've raised this concern with the workers, as the lady who served me didn't tell me beforehand that the price had increased. Upon speaking to the poorly trained workers, I had been told that they "can't do anything about it" because they supposedly have no control over their signs.

Painful. First in the queue yet had to wait 10 mins. No bottled drinks yet a fridge full. No ketchup. Sorry there just for for delivery.I don't like leaving bad reviews. I also don't like bad service. One burger ordered no meal. No drink (because they had non) 15 min wait lol

The guy on the till was lovely but the food took ages and not one of the tables had been cleaned 🙈 also what happened to the burgers?? £7 burger meal and it was tiny! Kids meal didn't even come in the usual box despite them being there 🤔
