Byron Liverpool One in Liverpool

An OK experience. Not mind-blowing or particularly memorable. The staff were lackadaisical and the menu limited but the food came promptly and was well cooked and tasty (if a little bland visually).I would have thought in the centre of a Premier city surrounded with choices Byron would be looking to up their game and draw the crowds. Not so.

Excellent food, amazing service, cozy place 🤩🍔 we ordered 1 byron burger, B-Rex and skin on fries for 2 and it was delicious! The salted caramel milkshake was a little too salty but the experience in general was great.💁🏻‍♀️ staff extremely polite, helpful and patient. That totally makes the difference.🌇 the place is pretty, nice view of the city outside, and very light. Love it.

A tasty Burger, I'd even say a proper Burger.Prompt service, a good menu, decent prices for the quality, and a good choice of sauces and sides as well. It was pretty busy when we came in, but our order was taken and the food came to the table in a very quick amount of time. A good spot in the heart of Liverpool.

Used to love coming here until tonight. Rang to get a table booked and the staff member clearly didn’t understand me and hang up. Still went down to have some nice food anyway and everything was fine, however I asked the women to take the 10% tip that they add on themselves off because of the incident earlier and she seemed offended and started to question me about it and I give my response that clearly didn’t seem good enough for her and she made things extremely awkward, and when the card payment went through I was told by my girlfriend that the waitress had given her colleague a dirty look about me behind my back when she walked away from us away from my view. Absolute disgrace, The waitress was a covering and usually works in the Manchester branch. Ruined our night and I’ll never be back.

Excellent service, great food and atmosphere. The staff was with a big smile all the time they make you feel super welcome. Food its very yummy. Good for a family treat out.

Absolutely faultless. Service was excellent, really polite and energetic staff, made us feel very welcome. Didn't have to wait to be seated, didn't have to wait to be served. Food was incredible, the new Christmas burger and Bailey's mint Oreo shake are 100% worth trying. Great meal out here.

On entering was quickly seated order was taken and drinks and food arrived very quickly. Burger was very tasty even given an extra bucket of chips very nice staff and great food would highly recommend

We called in here on a day trip to Liverpool. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. My daughter and I chose the chicken burger with chips. It was cooked beautifully. We would definitely eat here again.

The burger was great, very tasty. Also the option of a salad instead of fries was appreciated. The Oreo milk shake was a generous serving and delicious. The brownie bite desert was so tasty and very well priced.
