Cafe Cross the Mersey in Liverpool

Ordered scouse. Plentiful, full of meat and lovely and thick and tasty.

Waited 2 hours for a wrap and a batch 🙄 Food tasted nice which is why I still gave 2 stars but wouldn't order again 👍

Great food order breakfast several times each time arrives when stated always hot and tasty

Currently eating a stone cold breakfast that took an hour and half to come, everything floating in tomato too, won't be ordering again

Went in as we had 45 minutes before the ferry ordered from menu chunky chips chicken goujons an cappuccino total as menu stated £8.50 I was charged £10.50 when I questioned the difference I was told there last year menus. I said you can’t do that you have them on tables as price list an was told we could be losing our jobs. When they came the goujons were small knibbles with hot and spicy sauce. Couldn’t be bothered waiting I was going to have them before the plate was even put on the table I could see a white hair 12” long. Was offered to cook them again I decline the offer got a refund ate my chips drank my coffee an left and won’t go back!

Amazing food, always quick, pretty cheap. Ignore the negative reviewers. This is the nicest cafe on the Wirral!!

A handy place to enjoy some food whilst waiting for a trip across the Mersey. There is a good selection on the menu to choose from.

Ive just ordered 2 Roast diners 1 Chicken 1 pork .. Got delivered via just eat . Came pipping hot as if it had just come from my own kitchen .. Massive Sunday Roast . Scrumptious meat and loads veg . Plentiful . I will most certainly be ordering again x

Friendly staff, fairly priced coffee, if I had the time I would have ate there as the food coming out of the kitchen looked pretty good.

When we arrived and ordered we had to wait a little longer than we thought but food came out piping hot and was well worth the wait and was well worth the money will definitely be returning soon and they have a lovely play area for kids aswell really nice place to go
