Cafe Vanilla in Liverpool

DO NOT EVEN WASTE A SECOND ON READING THE MENU. took nearly two hours for a simple order. Came sloppy and with an attitude. Had to ring twice after not being able to get through and believe it or not that's a BLT???.... Deffo be asking for a refund because what even is that... Order at breakfast time if you want a half hearted attempt of some food...Fuming...

Lovely food. shame it always takes 3 hours to come! steak wraps are amazing. I always order 2 or 3 hours before I want it. annoying though

Good food in the past but the attitude of one of the staff today wasn’t great. Went to Shiraz over the road instead, staff polite, courteous and food excellent.

Waited over 3 hours to keep getting told it was on its way breakfast arrived and got put in the bin would not give that food to my dog never seen anything like it IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE HEAT GET OUT THE KITCHEN

Ordered 2 bacon and egg on toast it was delicious would definitely recommend

Order was 2 hours late and then when it arrived there was missing items and food was substandard and cold . Woman on the phone was making excuses . Avoid this place

15:05 - 15:20 delivery time… came at 10 to 4 bell was cold and I made a stone carving out of that piece of toast unbelievable piece of work… big box of grease no wonder it’s on county road 🤦🏽

Poor, Waited 2hrs just for a breckfast then to be spoken to rude. Not interested in call just frustrated to many orders. Dont expect to wait 2hrs for a brecfast. Can see from other reviews other customers spoken to rude. Would not give this money my business or money. Had to contact Just eat for refund save yourself hastle and avoid unless you want to wait 3hrs for a Breckfast to be delivered!

Manager/ Owner, whatever she wants to call herself spoke to us so rudely on the phone and did absolutely NOTHING when it came to resolving the issue. £17 for items missing, over a two hour wait and to get a mouthful of abuse, not worth it at all. We used to be loyal customers until this experience. Will be telling everyone just how disgusting their attitude is, and from reading their other reviews on social media its not uncommon for this place to speak to their customers like dirt. Feel sorry for the staff who work there if that how the owner speaks to customers who are putting money into her business.

Honestly,Don't even bother to order from here. We have waiting three hours for food and when we ring up keep getting told to wait another 20 minutes and that they are busy. If you are THAT busy then turn off delivery.Even then they are never as busy as they say. Absolute joke, food came cold. Don't bother ordering extras on your breakfast because they don't come so they just rob you of your money.Also mark it as delivered when it's not so you can't even claim your money back.Waste of space Cafe Vanilla.Wish I read the reviews. Read the reviews on Just eat guys before you order, it's not worth the effort.
