Caffe Nero - Bold Street in Liverpool

Pleasant staff tables not cleared only two members on duty

First visit to this store. Not sure, but I felt staff seemed pretty impatient with us... It wasn't even busy at the time.

Good position for coming out of Central Station for a coffee. But generally not great coffee shop for staying. Probably better for take away orders.

Love cafe Nero the banana and walnut cake was lovely x

I would recommend everybody to use the app to click and collect. This store can get very busy and is usually managed by just one or two staff. Therefore, the waiting time is significantly longer than the other cafe. Despite being understaffed, the coffee was great, it had robust aroma and hot.

No cash and children only allowed a very short time,on special days.A lady came with her son about 5 or 6 years old, from St Helens and she the ticket lady didn't let them in, so he cried.Very cruel.

Very convenient coffee shop near Bold Street's entrance to Central station in Liverpool needed a coffee badly after my train journey. Could do with lower seats as I cant sit on those high seats near the front so had to walk to the back with my tray. I am disabled and use a stick.

One of our favourite nero coffee shops in Bold St staff are really nice and I love the caramellate

The lady that performs here has just about the most positive attitude you may ever experience. Joyful, cheerful, enthusiastic. Makes enjoying a coffee that much more uplifting! Seating upstairs is tranquil and offers a nice outside view to boot. 2 unisex restrooms allow for convenience.

Great flat whites and very very friendly staff. If you don't mind the calories try the amazing scone.
