Staff are always sound in here and it's always fully stocked. Can't knock the gaff!Really helpful when asking about or trying new drinks.

lovely little spot to have a break

Ordered and paid for food for collection. When I got there, I was told, oh we haven't got it so will have to cancel it. No apology and was so rude and abnoxious. Requested his name and was refused. Unbelievably poor customer service. Was left pretty shaken by this negative experience. Wasted petrol and tunnel fare picking this up .. no respect whatsoever. If he done this to me, how many other customers?

Lovely fresh coffee. The staff helpful. Although, felt sorry for them as they take alot of abuse from some people, especially the day I was there.

Haven't visited aBeronin a few years, bot sure why as the coffee is much better than the likes of Starbucks, Costa, and pret.

My favourite Nero in all of the city centre. All the staff here are exceptionally friendly. They always chat to you and ask you about your day. They are very attentive and caring and make delicious drinks!

Caffè Nero is my favourite chain coffee shop. Friendly staff and a good choice of food. Tables and chairs cleaned and spaced. Staff asking people to scan in for track and trace - great work.

Didn't catch the ladies name but I came in at about 15:25 the lady who served me was so nice and really friendly ngl was in a good mood to start with but she made my day even happier, 5 star service 😀

Good service and a little quiter than the other Cafe Nero on Bold St, prices as with all big named coffee shops are a little expensive but Cafe Nero is worth it
