Nothing to add. It was a one star cappuccino. Would recommend if you like bad coffee.

Nice place and also the location was good .better customer services and provide good quailty of coffees.

Iced drink was still hot and not the friendliest service

As a small scale esspesso bar, you really can't fault it.I've been picking up my morning espresso here for years and have always found the staff to be very friendly and highly efficient. The whole operation is a credit to the company and should serve as inspiration for other, less pleasant competitors.

This Caffè Nero is one of those small kiosk units which are great additions to a fast moving location, like Liverpool Lime Street Station. The problem comes when regulars, who know the queuing system converge with newbies who don’t know you ‘order’ on the right and ‘wait’ on the left. A simple sign would suffice. Oh, and they got my order wrong!

It was a very cold evening and I was in the station waiting for my daughter coming from Manchester. Actually I was freezing until I ordered two cappuccinos to ease the waiting and warm our souls and lives. With the right cold the hot coffee was splendid almost an experience from someone who is rescued from a snow storm. The prices are up hight but the service and what you get is fine.

The staff here are so friendly and efficient. This is almost a little pop up Nero so the staff work quickly to get you a coffee. They always get it right, it always tastes great and you always get a smile. I walk past 2 other coffee shops to get the service here.

Truly hard to believe it can close at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Are the staff fearful that it may attract some customers?

I love this stand. Always very friendly staff. Fast and efficient service and great coffee for my journeys. I look forward to my Cafe Nero coffee whenever I'm getting a train.
