Caffe Nero in Liverpool

Decided I wanted a cake after all that walking so treated myself to a chouxnut ( prononouced shoe-nut, 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣) this is the chocolate orange one 😋 it was delicious!! They also have raspberry and salted caramel ones, I like them all. But this one is by far my favourite 😁

Always come here for a quick sit down and a good coffee…nice chairs and always nice space. Staff are nice too

Usually cafe Nero is awesome. Today I ordered 2 hot chocolates. This time they were not upto the mark. Tasted more like drinking boiled water.

I go there regularly, but the customer service is not the best, unfortunately.The quality of the milk is not high as well. Some of the team members does not know (yet) how to make a quality cappuccino/latte.Perhaps more training on how to steam the milk is needed?I’ve been ‘shouted’ at for my order.‘What coffee do you want?’Where’s the politeness and kindness?Where’s the smile?

Exceptional service on my visit 01/01/2022 - great coffee start to the New Year, the woman who served me was swamped at that moment buit was super attentive, polite, efficient and extremely pleasant (fantastic hire). Coffee was great as always - Americano, extra shot w/pouring cream - went down a treat after a shopping haul. Definitely will be back. Awesome service - thank you (Happy New Year).

Perfectly located for Liverpool city center, everything is nearby wether it be ships, the cinema, the waterfront!Cafe Nero is a lovely chain (and my personal favourite!) They have a large selection of hot and cold food and drinks and everyone's welcome! This particular cafe Nero has a few seats outside and if the weathers nice outside it's really lovely!

Every time I ask for a cappuccino in this branch they give me a latte. When I told them it’s not what I requested they just add chocolate and give it back. This time I told her it’s not what I requested I asked for a cappuccino she added chocolate and give it back to me. I told her a cappuccinos is more foam less milk she replied it will settle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I love setting in this branch but I change it juts to actually have a decent coffee
