Chesters Great Tasting Chicken in Liverpool

Scammers. Gets away with not delivering your food because they don't use tracking. Ordered at 12am said it would be delivered 12:30-12:50 no update at 2am still. They turned the phones off too. 3:15am changed to delivered nothing came or left outside. Don't order from here! Just cancel the orders if you cant handle them, getting a bad reputation.

Go here if u want death. Am sat on my toilet dying the day after a scran from these an my arse is in physical pain. I’ll just say them chicken wings were not chicken an weren’t even nice after a few bevvies.

Ordered food at midnight, waited until 3am they never delivered it and then marked it as delivered at 3:05, DO NOT BUY

Great quality food. Very quick turn around and excellent customer service. Always know what the customer wants and caters to their needs. Still good quality takeaway food.

They cancelled order after waiting for an hour and a few phone calls leaving it too late for ordering from elsewhere. Every time we called, they lied and said it was on the way, even though it hadn't been collected by the driver. Really rude man on the phone who was conescending and had bad customer service. Eventually told us they'd cancelled the order. Still took the money through Uber Eats and no refund despite requests for it.

Ordered through Uber eats, it was late so we called and they kept insisting it was 5 minutes away. After an hour we had to cancel the order which left it to late for us to order other food. I wouldn’t have cared if they had just told us sooner but the blatant lie that our food was ‘5 minutes away’ is just ridiculous

Would give less stars if I could but the staff and everything are the most horrible people you could ever meet in your life… food is absolutely horrible and disgusting never again and I eating here.. never order from this place never ever!!!!

I received my order raw and when I went to call them they refused to help us, I asked them to send my order again but the declined and left me hungry the rest of the night. please don't order from the takeaway as the don't even know to cook chicken.

This restaurant has an awful customer service. First of all, they put their number on Uber eats and then we called on that number to ask for our second order that hasn't arrived yet and they said it was the wrong number. Why would you put the contact number if you knew it was wrong? Then I had one of the workers on the phone screaming at me telling me that it was the wrong number and the wrong place when that's exactly what they put. Unbelievable. The staff was very moody and I don't know why cuz I didn't do anything to it. We received just one part of our total order. So I decided to call them to complain about it and they said sorry we don't have it here. But the order went through and they still say the same thing in every Chester restaurant. Disgraceful 😩. So we ended up losing our money and not getting the rest of our order. This restaurant is a total fraud.#fraud fraud and super fraud.

Spicy wings: only spice known to them seems to be salt !! Terribly undercooked as you can see in the picture i attached.Chicken pieces: bland.. no taste at all barley any breadcrumbs on and worst of all just like the wings under cooked .I wonder how often they change the frying oil taste suggests not very oftenI just hope i dont end up with a food poisoning, id rather eat raw onions for dinner than order from here again.
