Christakis Greek Taverna in Liverpool

Lovely restaurant. The service was very friendly and quick and the food was delicious. The restaurant was full, and we hadn't booked but we got a table by the window to the kitchen where we could see all the chefs working so hard. The food is obviously freshly cooked, not only is the kitchen visible, bit it's evident in the taste. The staff were very busy, but there wasn't a chaotic feeling it was all very efficient Just a lovely experience. We will be eating here again, without a doubt.

Had a lovely "early evening dinner menu" £10 for starter and main and £13 with dessert. The portions were massive which is great! Made us very full. Staff were really nice too! They also gave us a small complementary dessert at the end (the one with cream on top).

Fantastic early bird deal with starter and main for £10. Lovely pint of Moretti too! Really generous portions, not sure there’s a better value for money deal in Liverpool than this, staff are fantastic too.

Fabulous food, friendly attentive staff, lovely place. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you looking for delicious food and relaxing ambience. Had already started my meal before thinking of taking photo but presentation was excellent.

We went on a Saturday night. Atmosphere was great. We ordered Greek maze, couldn't finish half of it. Food is good. Music is wonderful and the show after dinner is amazing. There is a dance floor too. Great customer service too. I felt bad for wasting the food though.

The food was not very appetising. Three of us didn't eat and had to send the food back. They didn't offer to refund, waitress just shrugged her shoulders when we tried to rectify that we were not happy with the quality received. Salmon tasted like chicken and texture was super hard and one person didn't eat meat and it put them off. The chips were cold and rice was overly wet. Friend had calamari and it was too oily and appeared reheated.I recommend the entertainment, just not the food. Coffee was nice. Order a coffee and watch the awesome performance.One star for coffee and one star for the show.

Great food, friendly service and lovely atmosphere. We ate the 2 course lunch here today and were pleasantly surprised at how large the portions were. We also ordered cocktails and desserts. We loved it all!

I went there with a few friends and we had hot and cold mezze. Amazing value for £18 each. The food was great and so much of it that we took some home too. I would certainly go there again

As first time visitors to Liverpool we pre booked this due to my love of Greek food, it did not disappoint. Had the fish sharing platter which was amazing. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. If we lived local this would become a regular eatery for us as would love to try other dishes from the menu.
