Just had to throw away £20 worth of food and order from somewhere else as it was terrible,greasy and just no life in the food whatsoever.good luck if you’ve ordered something!!!

I ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice which was awful. The rice was just a brown ball of boiled rice and not edible. The crispy chicken was soggy and the sauce was neither sweet nor sour. My wife had a chop suey roll which was so greasy it ran out onto the plate. Never again.

My duck was fairly nice if a bit fatty (always an issue with duck), the sauce fairly generic but the rice is a large congealed mass. Will try again but wasn't that impressed. Will not get rice again though.

Just ordered lemon chicken and fried rice. The chicken was good but the lemon sauce was clearly full of artificial flavours and sweetners that I had an allergic reaction to after eating my lip swelled up. I was surprised that it was a guey kind of packet mix that looked like my partners sauce, only his was with duck and in a flavoured pinapple sauce, mine was like a lemon sherbert kind of sauce. The rice was awful. Wrapped in a plastic bag. I wouldn't know if it was food safe or not.

Me and my girlfriend admitted that this is by far the best chinese we have ever had. The quality and taste of the food is exquisite! Thank you so much, we will definitely be coming here every time. It was better than restaurant standard. The egg fried rice was so fresh and tasty, along with the bbq ribs and the crispy salt and pepper tofu! - We even ate the rest the next day for lunch :-)

For Chinese meals, Chung Fad is the best chippy for miles. Delicious food, great value and polite and efficient staff. Gentleman owner always greets with a warm welcome and calls people by name. Highly recommended.

Been using this Chinese takeaway for a few years and the service is brilliant as is the food. Delivery is normally within 30 minutes. Such friendly people and large portions!! Can not complain. They also offer a home delivery service that is fast and efficient.Edit in 2020 ... the prices for delivery went up a lot as did the food and it took 1.5 hours for the last delivery ... no apology at all .. and food was like rubber!
