City Buffet Restaurant in Liverpool

Just love eating here...plenty of food to choose from...place is always clean and staff always on hand..service good. Good place to eat .

Before rush hour I suppose it was very easy to visit, had nice staff 4mths ago around 4pm. The plastic soup dishes are appealing though I would not call them clean plus they are so stained from the old wear it's like embedded. Some Vegetables(cucumber) or fruit (melon too cold to eat though I doubt it should be like that but great variety and good value on a city break in a cold month, toilets okay as well cheers

I went here for lunch today with my boyfriend and his two daughters, we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the service was perfect and the atmosphere was just lovely. I would recommend City Buffet 100%

I didn't expect much, and I wasn't surprised, the quality of the food was shocking, quantity was fine, just much of it was avoided as it was shellfish or caked in batter, I suspect it wasn't fresh, but plenty of it, hardly any chicken and everything with lots of batter and baked until it was hard and crusty...staff were great, it was clean and a pleasant environment. Taking into account this was a Monday night an hour before they closed, there was probably about 15 other dinners in there, I wouldn't really expect them to be bringing out new fresh food...it's probably a great place to go when it's busy lots of space ...the ice cream was nice....and at £10,50 it wasn't expensive...but I won't be going again.

Wow what a great lunch I've just had with the best dessert every taken back to childhood. Warm welcome from the start to the end and features in there add a wonderful atmosphere and touch of class, waterfall.
