Would not recommend, it's clearly run by the greedy corporate types paid £12 for fish and chips and got the smallest fish and not even chips were more like wedges and not verry nice also paid an extra £2.50 for curry sauce and the tiniest pot came with my meal no more than 2 table spoons full and again wasn't even that nice was watery and flavourless burgers taste more of filler than actual beef, nice pub but not worth it go down the road to the black bull, much better food and better portions for less.

Pleasant and lively environment suitable for all ages including outdoor seating and play area. Good food and pleasant, chatty staff. Went twice in two days, so it's a ten from Len. Go there!

Always have the lasagne when I go here but they must have changed supplier/recipe. Went yesterday and left most of it. Tasted bland and looked disgusting. Had a half green and black tomato in it!. Would attach picture if I could.

Would not recommend. Me and a few family members came for food here. Ordered our food only to find out after a 40 minute wait they got the order wrong so we had to wait another half an hour to fix the problem and get what we originally ordered. When the food finally came most of it was cold and one of the glasses still had lipstick smeared on the rim from a previous customer.

Had a steak which was perfectly cooked. Chips were awful and whatever oil they're cooking it in is not very nice. However the service is second to none especially Rachel.

Staff very polite and helpful, premises clean and modern but food was just about average.Carvery was average, good serving of a choice of four meats but veg was tepid and over seasoned.Food ordered from the menu took an age to arrive and was so so... Bit disappointing really, such a shame as the place has real potential.

I would like to thank all the staff for a lovely evening. The Valentines menu was very good and plenty to choose from the singer was brilliant and not too loud. Thanks again from the party of 6 also can you tell me when the tribute nights are coming back. From Keith, Chris, Paul, Jan, Margaret, 👍

Popped in and had a delicious food experience! We had the tex-mex burger (which was really yummy) and the pasta dish (a very deep bowl of it too!). All washed down with some soft drinks, and a Belgian waffle \o/. All the management and staff were very friendly too. We will be returning soon!

Got 4 adult carveries and 1 child to take away , I was very impressed, veg was spot on, plenty of meat and good size, only downfall was having to wait 1/2 hour , so they could first serve dining in customers.
