Costa Coffee in Liverpool

Very rude got a hot chocolate paid for extra stuff like whipped cream and marshmallows neither was put inWent back and the girl seemed to annoyed at me like it was my fault. She put them in but seriously eye rolled at her other work mate. I know it’s early but seriously the company needs to look what they can do to make them enjoy there job more

I went to lord street Costa in Liverpool this morning and l was very nice and polite l asked for two loaf bread and l went to pay so l didn’t have enough change and l said can l please get one and the this guy the staff member just said to me in a very angry tone why did you say two then?! And l was just shocked then he started whispering with his other colleague guy and laughing and there was just no reason to be disrespectful like that when all l didn is asked for one loaf this was a very bad experience and attitude over nothing the staff was very rude to me lm never going there.

With the que out the door the staff were making drinking for each other. The service was really slow with no focus on the customer, a guy was slowly folding cardboard at the till when the place was incredibly busy. No organisation or process in place. Just poor, not great for the brand

No Cortado glasses apparently... was served a Cortado in a expresso shot cup... rubbish bin by the counter overflowing and area generally untidy. They have a shelf with costa items for sale on blocking your route back to the stairs when there is a queue at the service counter. No hot food items available only toast

Very nice coffee as usual, but not many seats available when I called in...

Only take out cups available- lid not put on properly spilt boiling hot tea all over my hand - atleast I was served this time, last week they just forgot?! Worst thing is Toilets are RANK dirty smelly., absolutely disgusting- tissues + water and God knows what else all over the floor i took a photo to prove it but can't post on here

The first coffee looked and tasted like weak brown water. I made a staff member aware of it and it was taken away. Had to go back to the counter 10 mins later to remind them of the return. 2nd coffee was much better.

Horrible service and grampy unprofessionel staffs!Yesterday we had a horrible experience with the staffs. They are very rude, rubbish every where. No have a clue about how to make coffee and customers service.Hope you will attend to a barista training and learn about perfect customer service!

We had some cappuccino and latte on the 14 th of October, it was really a shock for us. We told 4 times the order, they made always something else.They were rude, unprofessional,they laughed and didn't take care of customers. Everything were just awful,,the taste of the drinks ....weraawfulawful.terrible

Very rude staff, got order wrong, gave us coffee in takeout cups cos they cudnt be bothered with pots, appaling customer service, worst costa experience ever and i love costa!
