Nice to see this place is back open. With lots of chairs and tables outside.Helpful staff have turned this place back to 'A place to go'

Just paid £2.90 for a flat white, then an extra 25p to sit in and drink it!! So £3.15 total, not too bad as the coffee is quite nice, but I have paid an extra 25p to sit in a messy coffee shop, there are no customers waiting and for the last 20 minutes I've sat here not one table has been cleared.

Get some staff, Costa. Two little girls serving this morning, and a queue almost out of the door. After 10 mins, the lady in front of me left. The queue barely moved. After 15 mins, and getting no closer to being served, I left too. All that time in the line allowed me to calculate that nipping round to Tesco and buying a cafetière, milk and coffee was so much more economical (and quicker). I feel really sorry for the staff on shift this morning.

Wonderful place for a quick stop or to chill out/work. The staff were incredibly polite, quick with orders and had a smile on their faces. Lots of room inside and outside to sit down, will go again.

Normally a very good Costa, but I was disappointed this time. I was served by the manager who asked if I wanted my coffee smooth or bitter. I said I want the normal one. I asked for a receipt and saw I'd paid for Champions Roast, which I never asked for. Up-selling is taken too far at this place. The manager was rude, but the other staff member was nice, which is why I'm giving two stars and not one.

Wow what has happened to our lovely local costa !! This is a latte?? Really !!! And where are the nice staff gone been replaced with some proper misso’s

This Costa different to the one I would normally visit however the staff were pleasant explained they had a large order to complete so the wait could be a little longer. The staff also asked people to wait outside as there were too many inside people did this. In fact if I have a complaint there were 3 girls approx 14 years old NO masks worn not sure whether they were asked why as I was leaving with my coffee they were all chatting were they exempt?????
