Costa Coffee Albert Dock 2 in Liverpool

Nice enough spot.Ordered 4 things and had to go back to the counter twice as stuff was forgotten or wrong. The staff were very apologetic though. My coffee wasn’t great.Nice and roomy. Toilets available. Decent selection of food and coffees.

Had a chicken and bacon toastie and a peach iced tea which were both nice and exactly what you would expect from a Costa. I didn't have to queue, or wait for long for my drink which was nice. What I really liked about this Costa was that they had lots of seating which was all spread out so it didn't feel cramped at all.

The young boy called ridley was clearing the tables very pleasant and people was having difficulty for the toilets he was there to help and was very helpful the place nice to see young staff very respectful well done to costawasreally busy but he was there clearing the tables so people could sit

Apart from the friendly staff this place wasn't the best. Overflowing tables full of rubbish, wet dirty tables, filthy toilets with toilet roll all over and an interactive menu in the minutest print that was hard to read as it kept changing to adverts every other minute! Won't be going there again!

09-05-2022 Very bad customer service. The girl on the till this afternoon was rude and charged me for a single espresso 4.95£🤦‍♀️ Then I asked for a receipt and I sow she charged for 4 items, I can’t understand how! I asked for a refund and she was rude and unprofessional and didn’t said sorry for the mistake! Also for do an espresso I waited to long. Never again this Costa

It was fine for a coffee and muffin on a very cold and windy day. In a great spot on Albert Dock

Dont believe all the moaners this place is great. The staff are helpful and friendly and the coffee great. It can get busy but what do you expect in such a tourist trap?

I know you have to upsell but when buying 5 drinks do not assume. Ask. Especially when two are for children.One drink was a soya latte. Asked for it to be switched off at 100 to be told it will be cold. I know that's why I asked. He ignored this was too hot. Also the latte was wet which I didn't ask for.Had to pop back the counter to ask for gomme syrup to be put in the ice latte.Went back again to ask could he redo my soya latte as it had been made with the wrong milk they had made it with coconut milk. He didn't seem too happy. Not given a apology.Also didn't spray and wipe and the steam arm when remaking my drink.Toilets had toilet roll all over. The toilet roll holder was either broke or they just couldn't be bothered putting it in there as it was left on the sanitary bin. Water on floor.Also there was tables left with trays and dishes on while we was there.It wernt busy. You could hear the two lads having a laugh behide the bar so they could of easily have sorted the dishes and toilets.As you can already tell I won't be going back to this Costa Coffee there's plenty of great ones in the city centre. Such a shame with it being on the Albert Dock.

Lots of sitting area with comfortable chairs!The location is very convenient for tourists who are near Albert dock.Only issue I thought was that they need to clear the tables more frequently since we had to move cups ourselves to make space.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I got today call left abandoned without my food to be told I didn’t know you’d ordered food when I paid £12 for the whole order got left waiting for ages then when I got my food I had to go up to the counter and asked for it and the toastie agent cold. I’m a regular to Costa Coffee stores across Merseyside and this one has to be the worst. The customer Service is awful they don’t know how to handle the orders when the store is busy
