Costa Coffee in Liverpool

Not sure, have Costa changed their coffee? Maybe it's me but it tasted bitter. I have been many times before + it was ok???

Lovely costa the bright colours outside and brilliant lots of seating and good range of food and drink the m&s food is lovely I would recommend the mango and passion fruit boba drink it was divine

The takeaway cup was three quarters full and warm

My experience visiting Costa in Liverpool One on 13th May. Staff seemed disinterested in customer needs. I wasn't offered chocolate topping on my coffee, or given a spoon to stir it. When I asked for paper napkins, I was told that they had none and was given two J Cloths instead. I also ordered two muffins, yet I was not offered knives to facilitate eating them. A member of staff clearing a nearby table dropped a spoon on the floor and left it there. To top it all, our capuccinos were only luke warm. All in all, I was disappointed that Costa's usually high standards had dropped so low and, for the first time visiting one of your branches, I did not enjoy the experience at all.

Service quick. Staff OK, not rude but not very welcoming. Felt rushed. Tables filthy…not ok.

Very rude got a hot chocolate paid for extra stuff like whipped cream and marshmallows neither was put inWent back and the girl seemed to annoyed at me like it was my fault. She put them in but seriously eye rolled at her other work mate. I know it’s early but seriously the company needs to look what they can do to make them enjoy there job more

I went to lord street Costa in Liverpool this morning and l was very nice and polite l asked for two loaf bread and l went to pay so l didn’t have enough change and l said can l please get one and the this guy the staff member just said to me in a very angry tone why did you say two then?! And l was just shocked then he started whispering with his other colleague guy and laughing and there was just no reason to be disrespectful like that when all l didn is asked for one loaf this was a very bad experience and attitude over nothing the staff was very rude to me lm never going there.

With the que out the door the staff were making drinking for each other. The service was really slow with no focus on the customer, a guy was slowly folding cardboard at the till when the place was incredibly busy. No organisation or process in place. Just poor, not great for the brand

I will never visit this branch again. There’s a sewage odor comes from the toilet 👎🏼 how can I drink my coffee in this bad smell 👎🏼. Bad experience.

The bathrooms were disgusting! When I inquired about using the family bathroom I was told to go upstairs. There were several tables but all were dirty. I ended up clearing and wiping down a table myself. No staff even bothered to come up to have a look. Very disappointed in Costa!
