Crown Carvery The Britania Inn in Liverpool

Nice location by the Otterspool prom. Carvery looked nice and I wish I'd had it: they were slammed when we came in and it took a fair old while to get non-carvery option out. Looking forward to coming again on a day when there's fewer people there.

Delicious coffee. Sadly couldn't go in for the planned meal as we had our dog with us, and it's not Dog Friendly. We'd have sat outside, but it was raining. Looks really nice though, so we will go back some other time.

The place was packed being Sunday but we had booked a table. The staff brought our drinks to the table and when it came to the carvery, the staff put our gravy on and carried both plates to our table. This service is fantastic and clean and a pleasure to eat in. We live 6 miles away but we'll be back for sure!

Lovely friendly staff plentiful supply of all you can eat breakfast items served hot. Only reason for 4star not 5 was the idiots who walk around talking loudly on there phones do every one a favour and go outside. Don't inconvenience others there for a nice quiet breakfast.

Lovely place, really friendly staff. So much option of food. Did get our desert order wrong but we rolled with it as they were busy. Other than that very good.

Very pleasant food, atmosphere and staff. Well worth a look if you want a carvery or a freshly made pizza. All you can eat ice-cream!

Great price for all you can eat breakfast staff nice and friendly only reason for 4 star not 5 star was the amount of idiots on mobile phones that have to shout and walk around whilst speaking went in for a nice quiet relaxing breakfast but not the case. Could not fault the food the prices or the service excellent.

Their whole menu has been reduced, due to issues probably related to covid-19. They printed a note to tell us, but I can't remember the details. Their carvery was available and it was delicious.

Booked in with a group of visitors for breakfast, wow food was outstanding, bacon , sausages in fact all the food was of the highest quality.Staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.So impressed we all came for breakfast again the nextMorning . Eating our food whilst looking at the stunning views across the Mersey was amazing.
