Domino's Pizza Liverpool - Huyton in Liverpool

Made two separate orders to two different addresses, both orders delivered to one address, claims on their system it only shows one address, waited a hour for what then was cold cold Pizza, staff not interested, insistent it was only one address, why would I make two orders if it was only going to one address

Pizza was really bad . Delivery guy was polite. Though I received the delivery notification on the next day

Had a thin crust pizza. My napkin was thicker. It was too thin to pick up properly.

Staff pleasant when entering store and ordering.Ordered Large pizza, garlic bread and wedges.I was waiting around 25 minutes until I stood up from the bench to ask how long, the lady looked at me and instantly grabbed my food. I think they forgot about me. Waiting didn't bother me much. How ever when I got home to eat the large pizza did not seem to have spent enough time in the over the cheese eas still clumpy and had the shape of grated cheese it hadn't melted fully, and the vegetables where also Not cooked fully.

Pizza took an hour to be delivered less than 2 miles. When it came it was freezing cold. Had to call the restaurant twice to see where it was they said I can have a refund and the food. The food went in the bin as it was inedible very disappointing

Ordered online via the dominoes app and got the pickup deal for any pizza for 9.99, then at check out offered wedges for 2.99. Pizza and wedges were freshly made and hot, great taste and ready in about ten minutes. Thouroghy recommend 👌

Normally have no issues with this pizza however I waited initially for a hour for it to be delivered. When it hit 1 hour I rang up to which a polite gentlemen told me it was on its way only that it was foggy which was fair enough. Here I am 2 hours later writing this review having asked for a refund because my friends gone home now and my pizza would definitely be cold by now. Also bearing in mind my refund will take 3-4 days even though it’s there mistake not mine!!! Disappointed as I’ve ordered from here so many times now and never had a issue but this is bang out of order!

Order from here all the time . Too much tomato sauce on the base , ease off a bit . Delivery guy always lovely and pleasant . Poor management. Also found a long hair ( in my teeth !!) complained and got cookies and a drink .. go figure .

Love dominos but I miss the sundried tomato sauce they did when I was down in Kent. This franchise doesn't do this option but it is what it is. Pizzas always delivered on time and always ready when I collect. Spot on

These guys were super busy because of the £6.99 for any sized pizza deal, I went in to collect my order and it was busier than any other Dominos I've ever seen. The staff, while obviously under pressure, worked their way through the orders and the manager Adam was making sure everyone was getting seen to. Had to wait a bit longer than usual but the quality was not compromised despite all the orders they had coming in, great pizzas and with the deal good price too.
