Domino's Pizza in Liverpool

Pizza was ok, but they got the order wrong and wouldn't deliver the correct pizza to me, because they said they got it right, when they actually never, because I asked for BBQ base and I got a tomato base instead.The staff are very very rude.

Absolutely ridiculous takeaway, ordered food over two hours ago and have been advised on several phone calls that the food is on its way however only two orders would be delivered at once yet after receiving a notification the food was delivered and calling to query this we were informed the delivery driver only takes two pizzas at once although it has now been over an hour since we were informed the pizza was out for delivery. Requested a refund on numerous occasions to be told this is not possible, I am now staying awake so the delivery driver does not wake my entire houshold who have gave up with the food order as it has taken so long! Order from elsewhere if you actually want to receive your order if not just go and throw your money down the drain, disgraceful behaviour! Was also informed when ordering the order would take 20-30 minutes not over 2 hours

Do not buy from this domino's, sent wrong order twice.So over 2 hours later and no food requested a refund, which was refused and said they could just give me a 'free' one, I.e. the one I've already paid for, next time.Service is shocking will never order here again, do yourself a favour and go to crust instead!

Claimed the driver and the restaurant both called number on the order but not a single missed call, double checked the number myself after the call was over and the right one was given so they clearly either called the wrong number or just lied about it. The driver also didn’t attempt to knock or ring the doorbellRefused to give us a refund or remake the food and said it would take another 40 minutes despite it being the same food they cooked over an hour ago and it being 15 mins away, finally arrived and the drinks weren’t there and were told that we’d have to call the restaurant to have them sent by a different driver

Waited 40 minutes for delivery after being told my order had left with a driver, after ringing back up I was told a fresh order had been put through and the driver situation was to be investigated. An hour and 40 minutes later still no food arrived after being told for a second time that food was coming out the oven 30 minutes ago.

Disgusting. Ordered 2 pizzas, one was very undercooked and looked like they literally threw the ingredients at it, the other was swamped in grease, undercooked and wasn't even sliced. Get better pizza from little takeaways these days 🤮

Never normally have a problem. Ordered a deal which was Delivered (minus the Large pizza and i didn't even mention the cookies didnt have parchment paper stuck to eachother and the box,which my daughter had started to eat as she was so hungry) at 1937hrs called them straight away they advised they would send a replacement ASAP. 2100hrs I have called the store again for an update, the pizza was still in store. I said I would collect instead. Put the phone down got a call straight back my pizza is already out for delivery I live 12 minutes away. 21.33hrs I'm typing this still waiting for the pizza. Called them again 2151hrs to be told the pizza had left 10 minutes ago. I asked why when I was told at 2100hrs I would collect but it had already gone out. I would have cancelled but my daughter has got home after a 13 hour shift with St john ambulance. Pizza arrived at 21.57 warm not even hot.

The food was fine but our garlic bread was missing. Another one was sent and delivered half an hour later. Staff don't really seem to care, when you order a takeaway you want to eat it all at the same time not piecemeal. They could at least have thrown in a freebie when they sent the missing garlic bread but no they didn't bother. Have had a similar experience more than once before and vowed never to order from here again. Wish we hadn't bothered, I think we're done with them now.

Excellent service whenever I have been here. Ordered for collection and it was ready as I turned up. Best branch of Domino's I have been to with good offers.

Ordered at 12.06pm. Confirmed 12.07. Called to chase the order, which originally had an estimated time of arrival of between 20/30 minutes, at 12.57. Currently it is 13.50, the order is only just being checked before it is put out for delivery. It is not remotely acceptable to wait this long. I will never order from this store again.
