Domino's Rice Lane, Liverpool, L9 3BY in Liverpool

Went into Domino's Pizza Bootle and got this abortion it was supposed to be a thin medium sized pizza mighty meat what I got was 2:30 ham and a few bits of pineapple hardly any cheese for £17.50 what a joke should have gone to McDonald's opposite

Clean staff in uniform was a great pizza and free parking

First time using dominoes and it was nice however I got the double decadence and it didn't have much cheese in-between layers, so disappointed.

Good service, hot food was great. Our boys had a large kids meal which was enough for them. Kids not impressed with the ice cream factory tho, not like it used to be, only two topping available which were boaring ones and hardly and sauce available either.

Always love a domino and they don't let you down for taste, check the offers before you buy though, can shave alot of money on them

Friendly staff. Option for collection or delivery. With collection you can earn a second large pizza for free! I think it's a great deal. I'm satisfied with the quality of their fast food. My favourite - and never been disappointed with- the pepperoni one. Once we ordered for delivery. The pizza arrived within time, was piping hot! The location is so where between Bootle and Aintree. A few more businesses on site, with free parking.

Not very good. Pizza was that thin you could almost see through it and it was cold. I think they must be running out of cheese because there was hardly any on the pizza and the garlic bread only had cheese on 2 of the slices.Sometimes the pizza is great so I think more training is needed for the staff to make the quality levels more consistent.

Ordered Pizza at midnight. Turned up at 2am (just now) with a small pizza. I ordered a large and 4 sides. Driver asked me did I just want to take that? I obviously declined as I had spent £40. Called Rice Lane and they basically said there is nothing they can do as they are busy and have other people waiting for pizza!! Offered me a refund which would take 5 days to get into my bank!!! Absolutley disgusting customer service and I certainly will never order again. Been a customer and a happy one for many many years, always say it's the best but that is unacceptable! It's now half 2 in the morning and I still haven't received my order, I have rang the shop for the last 20 minutes and nobody is answering. So now i have no food and no refund. Basically they have stolen £40 from me and ignored my request to have the correct order sent! Literally robbed me. No wonder people from outside of liverpool tarnish us with being little robbers when we have companies doing this sort of thing. Absolute scum!
