Elevator Bar in Liverpool

Had a hen do last night. the staff were brilliant and attentive. Food was excellent and drinks free flowing. Had an issue with drinks however staff sorted it quickly and efficiently. would really recommend.

Went to the Winter Village Lodge with a friend yesterday and it was a lovely experience and gorgeous setting. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and they always checked to see if everything was ok with our food and if we wanted anything else and one staff member also offered to help us take some nice pictures at the place which was very nice. The food was great and arrived quickly and nice Christmas music and my money was well spent. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely go again in future. Thank you to the lovely staff at Liberte 🙂

21st birthday disaster. Booked a winter lodge for 6pm till 8pm. We wasn't served until 30 mins in and waited another 40 just for our drinks. I will not be returning. It was made out to be a wonderful experience when really the music stopped working and cracking up , the heater broke and the table and chairs kept swaying. Definitely not with the money.

What a shame! Food was really good but the service was shocking and ruined our whole experience. Waited forever for our drinks order to be taken, same with the food order, some of our party were still eating when they started clearing the table leaning over people. We were being rushed out, unable to order deserts or finish our drinks. The managers approach and attitude was disgusting, only interested in the bill being paid & getting the table back.Seriously, take your money elsewhere

Absolutely disgusting service.My friends arranged a surprise meal for me for my 40th and wasn’t given a time we had to leave on booking. We arrived at 8 and was put next to a speaker so none of us cus even here ourselves think or talk. We then waited ages for our drinks order and our food order to be taken. The food arrived ( burger dry and hard) we was then told cocktails finished at 9 and would we like to order more so we ordered another cocktail tree which was then Knocked by the waitress into my friends chips. My friend had to ask for them to be changed!We was then told we had to leave our table at 9.15 and wasn’t even offered deserts. My friends had paid for the birthday package which arrived as we was been ushered off our table and out the door so it wasn’t eaten!Managers response was just as disgusting.Do not waste your money here.B very warned.We did find out we was basically

Would never go here again. Appalling service, booked a table for 8pm for which we arrived 10 minutes early for, when we arrived we were told the table wasn’t ready only to wait another40 minutes to be seated on a table far to small for 7 people, once moved we then waited to be served our drinks a further 20 minutes. We had precooked a drinks package for a special occasion however the experience was far from it, we were told we had money leftover to spend so we asked for a cosmopolitan each to which we were told they didn’t have time to make. This place is poorly run and only seem to be Interested in money making rather than customer experience. Staff all seemed untrained and stressed would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic roof top bar with loads of friendly helpful staff especially Elizabeth who made our 2nd visit there for our anniversary extra special what a lovely lady, hope to see you again soon x

First time visiting the bar. There were a lot of steps to get up there but the view was fabulous. The waitress was very attentive and friendly plus the weather was great. Definately recommend a try.

Such a shame. Unbelievable the amount of things that went wrong. First the receptionist was quite blunt and and made us feel unwelcome being walk-ins even though the place was pretty quiet. The cocktail my girlfriend got was £9 and laughable, did not come as described. The food was quite nice which is why I give two stars. The portion size was terrible. I got the pork belly for £17 and it was literally a tiny slice. Our sides came when I was finished with my tiny meal. We asked for a jug of water 3 times before we finally got one. Then we had to ask for glasses with it! The bill was wrong and also took around 15 minutes. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this was just ridiculous. Mainly because there were literally 3 tables in at the time.

Lovely afternoon in Liberte for my birthday last month. Amazing service, atmosphere and location. Only had nibbles foodwise but they were tasty and the drinks were also lovely. Will definitely return throughout summer.
