From booking table over the phone to paying the bill the service was 1st class and attentive..advising on different sauces and wines to accompany each course knowing when to attend to the table the girls who served us are so professional and knowledgeable wish every restaurant had staff like them...the meals we had were outstanding also and Est. Italian has a terrific ambiance...1st time we'd been definitely won't be the last well worth the 16 mile journey

Great food but poor service. Starter never appeared till half way through the meal. No pepper, no parmesan, no top up of drinks offered. The staff are really busy and are constantly on the go. To top it all a 10% service charge added to the bill. Lovely food though and I'm sure we'll try again.

Est is a Italian Restaurant, we have been numerous times it never disappoints. Food is very high standard. Think I have had most of all the menu. On Sunday they do 50% off all pasta and Carne dishes also are doing it on a Tuesday now as well. Most of the staff are Spanish, but speak very good English and they are all very professional and polite. If your in West Kirby give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Food was very nice, once it arrived. Waited a long while for the 2 starters and only one arrived, the other came 10 minutes after pointing out the mistake. Mains came on time, but after finishing and asked if we'd like to see desert menus, waited 20 minutes before finally giving up and leaving without being shown the menu. I was told there was a large group also eating at the same time as the reason for lack of/ poor service. No rush to return here.

Absolutely lovely wait staff, reminds me of Italy when I was there. The atmosphere is beautiful and comforting. Just traveled down coast to see what we could find and the bf and I were thrilled with it!!

We got a takeaway from Est tonight and were surprised by the lack of food (a mistake in the kitchen).......I phoned up and they redid our order free of charge. It shows that they really care about customer care. The foods is also brilliant.

Absolutely wonderful ! Safe to visit during these troubled times. Food amazing and staff so friendly. Have visited before so not the 1st time and definitely not the last. Well done EST 5/5 ❤️

Food was good but not amazing. Had calamaris for started no side salad just 6 calamaris and alioli for main I had spicy seafood pasta, this was not spicy tasted of tomato no chilli or kick. For dessert I had the cheese platter was lovely. Service was lovely.

First time at Est Italian for date night and wasn't disappointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our meals were delicious. Definitely recommend and will definitely return. Very reasonably priced too.
