PERFECT EVENING FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIRL.Our server was Georgia. She was an absolute delight with service, conversation and professionalism throughout. Our food and drinks were served with no waiting time, and all 3 meals were cooked and plated perfect. The service we received made our visit even more enjoyable, as Georgia went out of her way to make a fuss of the birthday girl all evening, despite of how busy she was.Fantastic quality of food, and the service topped it off.Thank you.

Had the BEST experience at this restaurant, went with my sister, ordered one of the hot dogs, my sister ordered the ribs. We were sat down by a young girl who asked for our drink order, we ordered and waiting a little for them, then our server came over, his name was kieran, we told him we were still waiting on our drinks he came over straight away.Had a lovely chat with him, he asked for our order, the food came quick, he asked if we needed a tip up on our drinks, checked our meal was okay and it was lovely. He was SO attentive, smiley and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this service more due to this young man. He had us laughing the whole time, couldn’t of done more, he was like this with every table he served : )

I was in this Frankie and Benny's last night with my partner for a meal. The food was ok and the girl who served us was lovely. The let down in restaurant was the fact that there was two off duty staff drinking at the bar. This meant that the staff on shift then congregated talking to these colleagues where we where sitting. The two staff who where drinking at the bar also made our dinner uncomfortable by constantly staring. The two staff who where drinking continued to get boisterous, which ended up with one spraying glitter over his friend which also ended up covering me, my partner and the table. Bad experience.

Best Burger in City ....We wanted a distanced 3pm Christmas meet up and Frankie & Benny’s ticked all the boxes. It did not disappoint with three great meals Hot Dog; Steak and my personal fave was Brie and Cranberry Burger. Probably the best burger I have had in the city, the staff looked after us from 3-7pm with food and drinks with smiles and banter. My only negative was that there were ‘No Pancakes’ which would have made a nice little starter or dessert. Come on get those Pancakes on all day gang Frankie and Benny's.Thank you for a great day.

Stayed at the travel lodge a few minutes walk away. Staff were friend and checked if I had any dietary requirements. Once I explained I was given a digital tablet to check the ingredients for the food choices. I actually didn’t see anything that I fancied so asked for two items to be mixed together and they happily obliged.

I'm disappointed at the decline in this restaurant. The food was of a poor standard and I believe the staff know too and are trying their best in a bad place. The "included" water in the children's meal was tap water. The bun on my burger was a defrosted disaster. It hadn't been toasted, was a cheap basic white bun and fell to bits when I picked it up.The desert portion was appalling too. My partner's red velvet cookie dough was microwaved to within an inch of it's life and in parts was welded to the bowl in a solid lump.I was given the opportunity to review each dish at the end of the meal but even the mobile device to complete that task crashed and reset! It was poor. There's no other way to describe it. I would reconsider if your thinking of going here.

Lovely place to dine in and friendly staff My friend said her Lasagne is really tasty but i did not like the sauce of my prawn with chicken spaghetti and pasta is quite over cooked.I have enjoyed eating the prawns though.
