Frankie & Benny's in Liverpool

Lackluster.Went for a nice meal and was quite disappointed. Quality was lacking, not much taste to the pizza and the drinks were quite expensive. Table service was great but food really fell below the mark for the price.The whole time there were delivery people standing next to our table putting their delivery boxes next to our table and just bringing down the feel of the restaurant, and was quite awkward. There were upwards of 5 delivery people stood next to our table.I really was hoping to make the best of the visit but was quite disappointing.

I hadn't been to frankie and bennys since lockdown so we decided to go for old times sake as the old ones had shut down dirong covid.We decided to go the edge lane and review the food for old times sake. What can i say.... Well nothing good!!This place should shut down as well Infact i am surprised it's still open let me explain why.#1 awful customer service.No staff at door and the venue was not busy at all so we decided to sit ourselves down. Once sat sown we was greeted with a staff member.... oh you cant sit there he said!! you should have waited by the door!.... But no one was at the door?Then the staff member wanted to take us back to the door which we was confused by. As we got to the door he confirmed there was seats available even though the place was near empty then decided to sit us down after all this strange rigmarole asif he was on some power trip.Not a good start!!#2 when the food arrived we was greeted with a charcoal black garlic bread missing food and the food that we did get was either cold or just not cooked properly. We sent the garlic bread back obviously at this point they asked was everything ok with our food..... Well no but at this point i give up pointing out how bad this place actually is.The ribs was like chewing a rubber gummy full off grease and fat not hot at all and under cooked... Even the corn on cob was pathetic and was near freezing still.The missing food turned up after we had to remind the staff mac and cheese balls whoch was absolutely vile and guess what.... Freezing cold!! Yep they don't seem to like serving hot food here.The coca cola was also flat ad a pancake how is it possible for a place to get things so wrong?I would never eat here again I will not recommend ot to anyone and I'll make sure people avoid this awful place save your money.You would be better off buying yourselves a microwave meal.1 star i wouldn't give it 1 star but unfortunately there is no option for 0Stay away you've been warned!!!

Food was ok but for the price we paid it was more like pub food. In fact I think some pub food is actually nicer. Isn’t the same how it used to be but the service and staff are great. Decent price cocktails. Wouldn’t come back for the food just maybe drinks

PERFECT EVENING FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIRL.Our server was Georgia. She was an absolute delight with service, conversation and professionalism throughout.Our food and drinks were served with no waiting time, and all 3 meals were cooked and plated perfect.The service we received made our visit even more enjoyable, as Georgia went out of her way to make a fuss of the birthday girl all evening, despite of how busy she was.Fantastic quality of food, and the service topped it off.Thank you.

Had the BEST experience at this restaurant, went with my sister, ordered one of the hot dogs, my sister ordered the ribs. We were sat down by a young girl who asked for our drink order, we ordered and waiting a little for them, then our server came over, his name was kieran, we told him we were still waiting on our drinks he came over straight away.Had a lovely chat with him, he asked for our order, the food came quick, he asked if we needed a tip up on our drinks, checked our meal was okay and it was lovely. He was SO attentive, smiley and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this service more due to this young man. He had us laughing the whole time, couldn’t of done more, he was like this with every table he served : )

Best Burger in City ....We wanted a distanced 3pm Christmas meet up and Frankie & Benny’s ticked all the boxes. It did not disappoint with three great meals Hot Dog; Steak and my personal fave was Brie and Cranberry Burger. Probably the best burger I have had in the city, the staff looked after us from 3-7pm with food and drinks with smiles and banter.My only negative was that there were ‘No Pancakes’ which would have made a nice little starter or dessert. Come on get those Pancakes on all day gang Frankie and Benny's.Thank you for a great day.

Stayed at the travel lodge a few minutes walk away. Staff were friend and checked if I had any dietary requirements. Once I explained I was given a digital tablet to check the ingredients for the food choices. I actually didn’t see anything that I fancied so asked for two items to be mixed together and they happily obliged.

Went for the lunchtime menu today, very friendly staff, great atmosphere and brilliant food. Fantastic helpful service by our waitress Olivia

Lovely place to dine in and friendly staffMy friend said her Lasagne is really tasty but i did not like the sauce of my prawn with chicken spaghetti and pasta is quite over cooked.I have enjoyed eating the prawns though.
