Gelato in Liverpool

I've been here many times but was so unimpressed today. Firstly my daughter had a long hair in her ice cream. It was changed but very off putting.All our ice creams were very melty and not particularly pleasant tasting.Really, hot weather should not be an issue to an ice cream shop. Surely freezers should keep ice cream frozen and not sloppy.

Vegan pistachio ice cream was very disappointing, even more so considering the price.. Number of vegan options were ok but nothing like the variety of dairy flavours. Service was unfriendly. Would not go again.

Amazing quality chocolate cookie dough and Oreo chocolate shake. The service was the fastest I've had in a dessert place in Liverpool. The girl who served me so attentive and courteous. The prices are so competitive that makes this Gelato joint one of the best in Liverpool. Still great as always.

Excellent service along with quick serving times. Staff are very diligent and are quick to get the order ready without making the customer wait.

Gone downhill, last 2 times have been disappointing. Normally ice-cream is big portions and fills the cone from side to side, maybe it's greedy but paying high prices made it worth it when you know you are getting what you pay for. Also the ice-cream doesn't seem as nice. 3 stars would be for the last 2 visits, 4.5 usually.

Lots of flavours to choose from, including vegan options. And a vegan cone too. The salted caramel and strawberry were very nice. Service with a smile too.

Just stopped by here with my family on a cloudy but otherwise perfectly fine summer day in August more than a half hour before the advertised closing time. Staff were shutting the outer gate saying they closed half an hour ago due to the weather. Tears from my daughter on the long walk home as she only has a few days out of the month when she's not in hospital. Can't count on this place

The good: the icecream is OK, probably the best around the area –but by no means Italian gelateria standards–The bad: a bit overpriced and staff appears be to under unduly pressure (appears to be a top to bottom issue, as the youngest/newest staff seem more centered)The ugly: as a consequence the experience of buying an icecream here is pretty much always unpleasant and ugly. Always feels rushed and that are implicitly hinted that you'd better grab your icecream quick and leave. Can improve friendliness and manners by about 200-300%.

This was a nice icecream place. It was super busy so showed that it was a very popular place. The gelato was nice and the service very fast. It's very close to Sefton Park too so grab your icecream and head to the park to enjoy!
