Gr8 Pizza in Liverpool

Mixed review. The onion rings, the chicken nuggets and the chop suey rolls all tasted the same as they were completely overwhelmed with the after taste of cooking oil. On the contrary, the chips and the pizza saved the day as these were the top 2 out of the 7 different items I got off of the menu. The 'milkshake' is overpriced for what you get (din't know it would be a fridge drink and not a freshly blended milkshake) but the chocolate gateau which was actually quite underwhelming at first sight, ended up being very rich and delicious. So having tried all these different things I would say that this place is a hit and miss hence my 3/5 score. However if ur really pressed for cash and want to do a large fast food mukbang for YouTube, this is the place for you.

Entered the shop and wasn't acknowlegded by any of the staff. Waited for a few minutes and was just about to leave when the girl finally acknowleged us and asked what we wanted. I asked if we could order food for delivery to our home and she wanted to know if I was trying to deliver something to her. Ordered fries, onion rings, garlic bread with cheese & mushroon and two pizzas both with extra toppings. Girl told us it would be about an hour. In their defence it turned up at our door in 35 minutes which is pretty quick. However the fries and onion rings were soft and a bit soggy and one of the pizzas was missing both of the extra toppings we'd asked for. The garlic bread was petty good. Overall the price was reasonable, the food was mediocre to average, the inshop service was poor, the delivery time was quick and the total experience was only two star. With so many different fast food outlets in the area we won't be spending our money there again. I wouldn't suggest that you don't try them as we may have caught them on a bad day but in our opinion you only get one chance to make a first impression and they one they made on us wasn't favourable. Placed my order today at 5.07pm to have my order set to deliver at 7.05pm2 normal pizza's1 calzoneCalled them 9 times in between, finally got them on the Phone and told them I have been waiting for 2 hours. They hung up on me and still didnt contact me or deliverd the food. AWFULL SERVICE

Half the order missing , rice over cooked donner meat dry , curry sauce watery . Chow mein no beansprouts , 6 small pieces of chicken smothered in soy sauce so inedible. rang and asked for the rest of my order arrived 40 minutes later , rest of tea gone cold . ordered large chips they were bland tasting and was only a small portion. save your money and go elsewhere . Shop staff rude and dismissive

Delivery time was good, price was good, food was hot and everything, but the quality of the food wasn't the best. Felt like it was was made from cheap ingredients. None of us ate much of our order, rather pay more money for better quality food.

Food is great but.... 1hr 45mins wait for 2 chicken kebabs! The staff are comical in there approach and haven't got a clue. Customer service is very bad-AVOID!

They always sell really nice pizza, yesterday they gave me a free garlic bread with my order because of a slight wait in service. Excellent, I recommend and will be returning in the near future.

Waited an hour and a half when it finally turned up the pizza was practically cold an the nuggets and chips wer cold and soggy! Rang the shop and was told that they were not cold and soggy and hadn't been in the bag for ages! Went straight in the bin! Will never order from there again!

went in to the shop for food the staff were not very welcoming i waited 25 minutes to be served by a member off staff which is appalling, second when i placed my order the woman behind the counter was to busy chatting to other members of staff to take down my order correctly i then proceeded to wait another 50 minutes in store to receive my food when i got my food some food was miss placed such as two pizzas and a mixed kebab i told the woman i placed my order with and she called me a liar so i asked her to check her receipt which proved i was missing those food items so i then had to wait another 10 minutes for the missing food with no apology i was appalled by this also the shop was dirty not once did i see any member of staff handling food wear gloves or wash there hands. ALL IN ALL VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT EAT HERE AGAIN !!!!!!

absolutely disgraceful. i made a £25 order to them and the food arrived undercooked. i called and asked for a refund but the refused. accused me of asking for free food. repeatedly slammed down the phone and refused to deal with my complaint. i was told not to order again from here. disgraceful customer service.
