Almost every day I stop by for coffee and croissants and they are always so kind! then reasonably priced snacks and lovely people, enough to keep me coming back.

Female staff seemed rude, asked for a re-usable cup, so the lady went round the back to get one, however in the meantime decided we would take 2 instead, asked if we could take another politely, and she then huffed and puffed when she walked off to get another one, all because she had to walk 4 meters to the back area again. She also gave her collegue some eye signals who also made us feel uncomfortable. It seemed we was causing them an issue. The shop was quiet at the time, so it's not like the staff were busy/stressed.Also, sit down area was a disgrace, every table dirty, floor had bits of food squashed that had been trod on. Won't be visiting again until standard's rise and staff learn some manners. Thank you.

Went in yesterday, female staff seemed abit rude as they were in their own world chatting away, I was not acknowledged until I intervened to ask for a cheese pasty, it was like an effort for her to then get it. I planned to sit in, however the place was untidy. Won't be using place again.

On the 21st of July myself and a support worker and 2 other service users went to liverpool for a day out from Leyland so when we got to liverpool We went to Greggs to buy dinner 🍽 when we got there we was welcomeed by the staff and very polite.1 of our service user was on soft bite and we can't find anything he can eat so the staff said to us they can get a cheese and onion pasty mash it up and put it in a cup for him to eat safely 😉 so they did it for us and also helped the other service user to pick her food. Myself and the other support worker was very happy with the staff how nice they where and polite and helpful I be definitely coming back again soon. Thank you to all the staff on that day for your kindness and help you all are 🌟 ⭐ 💫

I have been living in Liverpool for 6 years, my pronunciation won't be perfect, but every morning I come to Greggs. A salesman this morning obviously pretended not to understand me. I asked for the baguette with bacon and he, however, after 3 times, pretended to understand "baguette with sausage". I am a nice person, I apologized for my English, but you should better choose who you put to the public. Thanks

Lovely hot and cold food nice cakes

Good quality and always very clean. Coffee is not the best but it's okay. However, it only costs something like an extra twenty pence when you buy a bacon barm.Five stars because it's an excellent start to the day.

A great store in the centre of the city. It is well stocked with a good variety of tasty sweet and savoury items. There are tables if you wish to eat in although many will grab something and go.
