Amazing place, gorgeous seating area, lovely staff. The lady serving us gave us a complimentary desert which was perfect as its my mums birthday. She recommended a chicken wrap for the Pops and he was made up! Legend of a waitress should be very proud of her attitude, she's doing you well

food here was excellent my first time and thoroughly enjoyed the food I will definitely be coming back

Only upon arriving found out no drinking license so was byo. We were lucky enough for a shop selling alcohol nearby but did not appreciate being asked to pay corkage after returning with the alcohol. Service was nice though and manager waived charge as we had not been advised when booking the table of the drink situation.

Had the mixed grill, fantastic tasting email, all cooked to perfection. Visited lunchtime Saturday, fairly quiet so ko need to book but staff were attentive and helpful. Hope to visit again soo

At 7pm on the 26th of May 2022 my son,who lives locally, and I visited Grilla, we have both been to the establishment before. We where told as we sat down that they had no liquor licence at that time as they had some problem! We both ordered chicken and 2 Cokes, the Coke was flat but compensated by a slice of lemon!I sat facing the kitchen where I observed during the duration of our stay staff removing or repairing a tall lardar fridge.Within 30 minutes of leaving the restaurant my son and I experienced SEVERE symptoms of food poisoning. When we rang to inform the restaurant the manager was unhelpful and said that "we must have had a bug" we had not seen each other for weeks. We told the manager about observing the fridge and she insisted that all the raw meat was kept at the right temperature. We insisted on a refund and refused the offer of free food, why would we risk being poisoned again?? When we returned to process the refund onto a credit card the manager was unapologetic and refused to take any responsibility on behalf of the business. She refunded the food but not the flat two Cokes.When we told her that we would be complaining to the city council health department she seemed surprised and said " you have your money back that should be the end of the matter" The restaurant was almost full at the time of our visit and I'm certain that it wasn't only us that day that had been effected.

Have dined in and had takeaway on several occasions at Grilla.Never disappointed, always an amazing amount of thoroughly delicious food.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff extra friendly and attentive! Food amazing even for picky eaters and kids. All cooked fresh. Nothing ever a problem. See you soon Grilla!

Rude people answering the phone after delivering the wrong food, tried to resolve the issue by getting another order sent out but they said it wasn't their fault but uber and when I mentioned that it was a dietary requirement and that the food in question cannot be eaten at all the woman on the phone abruptly put the phone down on me with no resolve and our meal completely ruined. I shall not be ordering again.

I was the first customer of the day, and it was still very quiet. The staff was really attentive and friendly. I ordered Chicken Souvlaki, and it was beautifully done. However, the chips felt needed a bit of more cooking as they were a bit hard and pale. The sauce was great and the portion was generous too. As if it wasn't good enough already, I got some very rich brownies—on the house, and I wish I wasn't so full from eating the souvlaki.

Was really looking forward to this but a bit disappointed. The young girl serving us had no customer service skills at all. The beer was served in massive pint glasses that wouldn’t look out of place in the Rovers Return. Food was either served on an oven tray or in a basket (not great when you want vinegar on your chips). The chicken gyros was dry and uninteresting.The place looks lovely and the tzatziki was stunning but not enough to make me want to go back again
