Venue is nice, Service is good, food is very poor 😕£13.50 for Spaghetti Carbonara is okay, until you realise it is a measly portion (as if it was a 'Starter'). Rib eye steak was okay, but the Side-Salad was all dried and wilted, it looked like it was out-of-date 👎There's far better Italians in Liverpool

Me and my partner came down to Liverpool for a few days from Yorkshire for a little get away and found the most perfect Italian restaurant! We’ve been to many Italian restaurants and this tops them all! Absolutely beautiful food and a reasonable price! The truffle & mozzarella fries are a MUST! We will definitely be travelling back to Liverpool just for this place! Stunning & fantastic service!

Enjoyed a nice meal here with my daughter. Nice surroundings and friendly staff. Food was very nice and love the open plan kitchen. Will definitely be back and fully recommend.

The decor and atmosphere is lovely, a real classy and elegant feel. Our server Stephen absolutely made the experience for us. He was amazing, so attentive, funny and down to earth.

Food here is the best I've ever had from Gusto, however I couldn't give 5* as the waitress serving our table wasn't very attentive and was pretty rude. We were a party of 10 and had to call her over multiple times to come and take drinks/food orders. There were 2 or 3 occasions where we asked her and she totally ignored us.Food was 10/10 and all staff apart from her were brilliant! It's just a shame she kind of but a downer on the experience for us.

Had a great meal at Liverpool Dock store, Danny1 was really great server, attentive at all times, we got a great table with view of the chefs cooking all night, was good to watch them in action. Look forward to trying the Edinburgh store out soon. Recommend

Lovely Sunday meal at Gusto Albert Dock Liverpool. Food was gorgeous and amazing friendly Superfast service provided by Kat, Dany and Kevin, thanks again for the lovely experience. The tiramisù absolutely the best one in town.

A 5 MINUTE DISHIt's not normal for a chef to sit in his whites with his partner enjoying someone else cooking. I picked Gusto as its fresh and the MENU is very good balanced and healthy the staff from the sweet northern Irish accent from the front of house perfection impressed with Cameron who was between them just perfect even when fully booked they accommodated us and are a credit to the company .The Food !!!!!!!! My dish was left on the pass and was the simplest Italian cultural dish that is close to my heart , was sent out by I can only assume approved by the senior chef and not only was it inedible I got my dish my partner didn't, I sent mine back and was not hopeful on them making a better effort as already done, a chef is only ever as good as his last dish and a simple pasta dish is as a professional chef very embarrassing. It's imperative that this is addressed as an executive chef and author sat in Bentley Chef Whites with my wife whilst we discuss the food in Liverpool, all your chefs noticed us so this has to be addressed as it is unacceptable ,A 5 Minute Dish

Really nice restaurant. I'm just not giving 5 stars due to the lack of cleaning, and a dinning experience that should have last 1h, took 2h because the waitress would take too long to get our order for drink, starter, main and even desert. Every time we had to order something it would be a challenge to gets the waitress attention. However, the food was really good and with a great quality.

An amazing restaurant. Got to eat indoors for the first time this year which was nice. Staff were all lovely and wearing masks appropriately. The food was really, really excellent. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as there is an open kitchen and there was quite a lot of loud shouting from kitchen staff for service which I think spoiled the ambience in such a gorgeous setting but all in all, very much worth a visit.
