Happy Villa in Liverpool

Went into shop and ordered food to be delivered to my partner at home. Said all was fine. Took my money and it never ever arrived to her. Money grabbing creatures, not everyone has £17 to just GIVE AWAY. Was literally my kids tea and had no other way of feeding them. Disgusting.

I rang up on new yearts eve and I was told that they were very busy it could be them or if they are to busy they will pass the order to another Chinese takeaway so l invisaged a)long wait to my surprise the order arrived 5 minutes early at 7.55pm the meal was piping hot the chef deserves my compliments for an excellent meal well befitting a 5 star Mitchellin chef this is now the only chippy I will order from

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.... Food delivered wasn't what we ordered,called to rectify the issue which was fine but we were then told by the female on the phone who was very rude and argumentative that we had to pay for the items that were being replaced and that we had to hand back the ones they had messed up in the first place which were untouched.The food originally ordered arrived and we looked forward to tucking into a nice family treat,the chicken was extremely dry and stringy in both the sweet and sour and curry,the chips were so bad it was like trying to eat raw pasta.so we are £35 out of pocket and had to make do with butties instead as the food was inedible apart from the spare ribs and fried rice.I would strongly recommend ordering from elsewhere to avoid being majorly disappointed

Not bad taste but high price

I ordered a mixed grill with no liver and a sausage dinner no peas. Food arrived sausage dinner had peas on it so I couldn't eat it as don't eat peas. Couldn't scrape them off as they go into food. Mixed grill was disgusting gravy was thin and had leaked everywhere . Bacon was uncooked and still pink. Steak was hard and onions mushy. I rang to see if they could do anything. The assistant said manager was cooking and she would speak to her and ring back. Well that didn't happen so I rang back asking what was happening with meals. I expressed I wasn't happy and wanted a refund. The assistant said she would ring me back again and again that didn't happen. I rang back and they refused to give a refund.Stay away from this place food rubbish and management not helpful OK taking your money though so wasted 13.00 for nothing.

Got gravy and chips x2 the other night the gravy was that watery it leaked out of the bag and all over my clothes absolutely discusting. The chips were horrible that night. Needless to say I went there a few nights earlier and the gravy was spot on perfect. Guys gravy is not rocket science to make come on I've been a customer of yours since you first opened I like my pie dinners and I like my chips and gravy I don't want the river mersey on my clothes

Food was a amazing best salt and pepper chips in anfeild area, pluss boss tofu dishes (lots of vegan options tofu based)

Vile!! The duck looked and tasted like it was cooked weeks ago. Suimais where vile. Duck spring rolls has no duck in them, little bits of.. grass inside. The ribs had no meat on and I binned the nuggets and chips because I wouldn't let a rodent eat them. Avoid! Waste of £30 because it went in the bin. Horrible food.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!Having been a good customer for a few years and ordering on a regular basis I am totally disgusted not only with the quality of the food but with the attitude of the staff. The Omlettes were full of salt not only on one but all three. Also the way I was treated for complaining was disgraceful would not go back again !!

After a 2 hour wait and 3 phone calls....the food arived.Cold and well below a food average .the kebabs wer not of wot you get in other kebab shops. The beefurger seemed to have no meat content.2 bugers to equal a half pounder. Dry bun.id not recommend this place at all..
