Harvey Nichols Champagne WOW Bar in Liverpool

Great place to shop just love it anytime I come to Liverpool I always go there ,I just want everything in HN definitely will be back again soon 😀!!!!

I had never been in here before but wanted a Jo Malone product , which I was told they sold. The 2 girls who served me were really friendly and professional. I only spent £22 but they treated me as if I'd spent thousands. I found out there was an actual Jo Malone shop but because the staff at Harvey Nichols were so lovely I went back to their Jo Malone counter the next day and again the 2 staff ( one was a young man) treated me like royalty and again I only spent £22. They are a credit to you Harvey Nichols.

A hidden gem with a small shop area upstairs selling some food items and a wide range of alcohol. Also a great wine bar that's normally nice and quiet. Worth a visit if you want a bit of peace while you watch people dashing past outside!

Loved my visit here to the Trinny London pop up event. Had an amazing evening 🥂

Well I knew it would be expensive to shop here but can't understand why some people pay way over the odds just to buy from Harvey nichols!! 😁😁

Excellent customer service from a lovely lady on the YSL counter yesterday - 5th September 2021 helping me chose make up for my wedding! She was so helpful and very kind.But the perfume counter Kilian -a different story, a lady just didn't seem interested at all! I think they thought I was going to steal something! Just very rude and she couldn't be bothered! When I first went over there was no one there, so I just picked up the perfume and sprayed it on a card, then within minutes staff appeared from nowhere and also a security guard! She only then was interested when I made my purchase, I wish I hadn't bought the perfume from there as she was just so rude and unhelpful, but I really liked it and I am not sure of anywhere else that sells it, I gave this 5 stars for the lady on the YSL counter though she is fantastic but will not be purchasing any more of my perfume from there again and neither will family and friends.

Really great to see such high end shop interact with my missus in an amazing way. Made her feel like a queen for an hour.

My partner had a manicure and pedicure today. Absolutely amazing she said it was and will be booking in again with her daughter. Unfortunately she can't remember the woman's name who done it but my partners nane is ffion. Amazing.

I visited the creed section within the department yesterday I had saved to buy my son a bottle for his 21st birthday I ask the lady if she could make it look extra special for me and to say she did would be an understatement wow wow wow!!!!this bubberly beautiful woman made the whole encounter feel like such a luxury experience .....fantastic service 🙌😁🎁👏👏👏
