Hello Pizza in Liverpool

Ordered food, they rang just missed the call, so went straight downstairs to see if they were there no sign, they said on the phone that they had been waiting 20 which is bull because security said nobody had been there. They then refused to refund because they had made the food so £10 down and absolutely nothing to show for it.

Refused to redeliver the food or process a refund so they stole our money claiming they waited 20 minutes for us to collect food whereas they never turned up! Building I live in has security cameras that proves they were never there. Don't order anything off them.

Just moved to Liverpool and this was my first pizza experience and I can say this will definitely be my pizza go to. Absolutely incredible pizza. Arrived hot and fresh and the flavours were excellent.

Just ordered pizza. Amazing taste. Amazing experience. But, price a bit too high for small pizza 9£.🤔🤔 Any way good luck with your business 5 star from me but i would never buy again for too high price. 🙏🙏🙏

It's one of the best pizzas I've ever ate. The pizza dough is sensational, great ingredients and great customer service. I would give a thousand stars if it were possible

Just wanted to let you know that I am delighted with the order you've just delivered 10 mins ago. The pizza is delicious and huge. The garlic bread with cheese is gorgeous and, unusually for most places, actually tastes of garlic. Seriously gorgeous food. Also your delivery driver is great. Very polite and pleasant. Best delivery pizza in Liverpool hands down. Like American Pizza Slice but better and fresher ingredients, and cheaper! Delivery drivers always very quick and polite. Don't often leave reviews but its always so good that I had to. You will not be disappointed.

First and last time I will be ordering from Hello Pizza. I ordered Hot & Spicy Pepperoni. Pizza arrived in good time. Unfortunately, a number of the pizza slices had no pepperoni on them. Rang the store to explain that I wasn't happy and they completely dismissed me. I asked the driver to come and collect the pizza so I could be refunded and they refused. I said I would be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and try a different pizza, they refused. Horrible customer service. Pizza in the bin. Don't make my mistake. Never again

The pizzas and burgers from this takeaway are top notch! Superb quality ingredients made with care and cooked to perfection. If you like great pizza then look no further this place is the best.We ordered pepperoni pizzas one without peppers one standard one thin and crispy one with a cheese stuffed crust. Both were excellent the pepperoni top quality with a rich Smokey hot flavour but not too hot the cheese again top quality nicely melted onto a rich tomato base.Delivery was quick (we had ordered early) but have in the past waited an hour but it’s worth the wait!Thank you Hello Pizza Burger a triumph again!

The best tasting pizza in general, much better than your typical takeout or franchise. I did make a £36 order tonight which didn't turn up but I'm still rating it 5 stars because they've always delivered before and it really is that good. Deliveroo will hopefully rectify my missing order so no harm done - just gutted I didn't get to eat Hello Pizza tonight :)
