House in Liverpool

This bar is making money purely due to its location, there are plenty of staff yet only one seems to serving, so you have wait considerable time to be served over priced drinks. We ordered cocktails, calling them cocktails is an insult, has to be the worst I’ve had! One shot of tequila followed by top up of their ‘own made’ syrup, was truly insulting, drink filled 3 quarters of the small glass, no presentation 2 sips and drink was finished. Coffee was awful too.Wouldn’t normally post reviews but feeling ripped off and insulted by the experience! would not recommend wasting your money or time in a place that looks great but in realty is rubbish. This bar would close if there was decent competition!

Had a great experience here. Hanging kebabs are terrific & the desserts were also great. Reasonably priced & my only minor criticism was that my chips were lukewarm on arrival. Would highly recommend a visit though. Staff were great too.

Love this place especially in summer however last visit was missing flatbreads from hanging kebabs and no banana fritter for dessert for the kids and a bit unorganised in there

So disappointed. The cocktails were very poor. Tasted like ready made. Returned 2 times as so poor quality. The food menu had lots missing considering this was only 6pm on a Saturday evening. The food we got was poor too. Staff are lovely though, couldn't do enough for us.

Had a group meal there for 30 of us. Food and service were excellent. Slight mix up with the pre orders but the staff tried to rectify it as best they could. Would recommend and would definitely go back.

Mostly acceptable, friendly team saved the evening. Pre booked a hut (£16 roughly) and we got a free cocktail on arrival. When we got to the hut cocktial was orderd, but very small in comparison to the other cocktails we bought whilst waiting.(see picture). We asked several servers for more drinks and food to be told that either use the app - which apparently sometimes doesn't work or go to the bar. This wasn't a huge issue and drinks/food arrived promptly - just didn't feel like we were being looked after as much as we would if we were outside. The food, however was brilliant had S+P onion petals and the baked camembert which was lovely.

I'm sorry to say we were massively disappointed.The Korean Chicken Burger was an absolute disaster, chewy like chicken thigh instead of breast. The bacon tasted worse than vegan bacon, and the grilled flatbread with herb zhoug and garlic mayo was drowned in red cabbage but no trace of the zhoug or garlic mayo.The properly seasoned side of fries didn't come with any seasoning and were served cold.We payed with a gift card so it only cost 15 actual pence, and we regretted paying even that much.We thought it would be nice to sit outside but were proved wrong on that every time the staff came outside to smoke beside our table.We would have complained, but apart from the smokers we never interacted with another member of staff after our food was paid for, so instead we'll just avoid this chain at all costs and advise anyone else to do the same.

Fabulous day out in sunny Liverpool this is the place that caught my attention and a must to visit if your in Liverpool nice place good staff nice pleasant a must will be coming back again very soon we’ll done Liverpool well done club house

Lovely cooked steak with to die for peppercorn sauce, 5*Staff big thanks to staff who sorted thing when it didn't quite go as planned
