Keiths Wine Bar in Liverpool

An iconic establishment in Lark lane well known and visited regularly by the locals. Serves food, wine and beer to a reasonable standard. Child and dog friendly.

I love this place, it's so chilled, so friendly - the food's tasty and healthy and some fantastic wines.

Food was very nice. However, would have looked alot more presentable had the breakfasts been served on bigger plates. All a bit piled up.

Dog friendly too.Lovely mid afternoon meal. I opted for the lamb and halloumi sandwich with fries.Nice home made burger

Great jazz band the night we visited (wednesday). Busy with food and drinks and could have more bar staff but still a lovely evening.

Omg, this place was full of bouncing students. When we first arrived, it was quite quiet, the doormen had a laugh with us, as i think we were the oldest in there....Barman was great, had a laugh and a joke with him, sat in what we thought was a quiet place, but oh no within halfcan hour it was bouncing. We had to leave as we couldn't hear ourselves speak...lol

This is a retrospective assessment from back in the early 80s, and maybe earlier in the late 70's can't remember - but Keith's was a great place then, friendly, quirky, good food, wine and atmosphere, no violence (unusual in Liverpool those days). Loved it. Delighted to see the place still going and receiving good reviews
