KFC St. Helens in Liverpool

Terrible place.After sitting in the car for 15 mons after ordering I was told I would have to wait another 10 mins as they hadn't done my order!Pathetic place, always no staff and tell you to go to window 1 to pay and no one is there, then a kid with spots and an attitude shouts next window at you like your in the wrong.Save your time and drive to Warrington!Only got 1 star as there isn't a no star option.

Stay well clear from KFC St.helens. this place is absolutely shocking. I would of given it zero stars if it would let you.Waited 40 mins in the drive through. Got to the intercom. That wasn't working. Got to the window , no one came, got to the final window and they said there was only chicken on the bone left. Oh and I needed go back around because there wasn't any till there!!!!! Jokers

We recently went on holiday to Lincoln and had a KFC which was delicious. I never knew KFC cooked correctly tasted so nice. Dont know how many times we returned food to ST Helens KFC due to chicken having a horrible after taste. Upon speaking to the manager being advised that it’s down to not changing the cooking oil regularly. They refunded us the full meal without question. It doesn’t help when they forget to put the sides in or even the chips!!! Check everything before you leave.

Been twice over past month food fresh and hot unlike some other sites, the one thing I would say the restraunt needs someone on the floor at all times because empty food wrappers on all tables, bins full which is not very hygienic. Kfc need to take a leaf out of McDonald's as they have someone on the main floor at all times for cleanliness.One more thing I would want to add the other customers behaviours are disgraceful to staff, end of the day they staff are doing best they can when limited staffing in the restaurant and majority on less than minimum wage, it is shocking how they speak to the staff you know the saying 'speak to people how you would expect to be treated'.

Left waiting 20 minutes for two drinks because the staff were too busy messing about. It wasn't even busy then the woman had the nerve to look annoyed when I politely asked how long they would be.When we eventually got them they only had one straw left and she wanted us to wait even longer until they arrived (clearly too much for her to go and grab them) so we just left since we had some at home. Once we tasted the crushums they were just disgusting. Nothing like their usual standard, they were just like slushed milk with very hard pieces of milkbar. Didn't taste anything like a milkshake. The chicken was also cold by the time we got home because of how long they had us standing there for.Will not be returning to this joke of a store.

Never going to waste my time there again best part of an hour going through the drive-through…… Little staff too much time spent on online orders just not on… And nine times out of 10 the staff are miserable as sin

Worst KFC ever :/ I've ordered Twister wrap for take away. Wrap was cold, very dry, opened on a both sides what affected mess on my car seat ... wasn't prepared well, including this creepy red cabbage. Chicken fillets inside this wrap were very salty. It was a last time when I ordered food there.

These people are unbelievable. Placed order at 19:04 told it would arrive between 20:00 - 20:20. Then at 20:50 they just cancel the order.No apology, no explanation and no dinner.Dinner plans ruined!!Will never be ordering from this bunch of cowboys again.Shame there aren't minus stars because that's what they deserve.Avoid at all costs!!!!

Never written a scathing review but sadly this has to be done. The cleanliness on my visit was appalling. And the floors seemed greasy. There was also a smell in the air like lard. Needless to say I did a swift about turn and left and went to KFC Kirkby instead. Well worth the drive down the east lancs.

Disappointed. I ordered 2 meals, they didn't had side orders, I had been offered extra fries instead. Unfortunately never get those. Apart from that my sandwiches are absolute mess. First and last time I ordered my food in that place.
