KFC in Liverpool

Food was nice and hot and quickly served. The store needs a bit of TLC as it looks and feels a bit dated. All the order screens were off. Table and floor clearing was very slow. Staff nice and friendly.

Small and at times impossible to move around in due to delivery guys wheeling their bikes through the restaurant! Surfaces were all full of food and litter when we arrived and it was difficult to find a table clean enough to eat at. The food was standard KFC deliciousness, so would recommend getting your food for take out/delivery. Not sure if the issues are caused by understaffing or apathy.

I'm not sure if it the normal for all KFC restaurant's but food not nice at all saying that I have not been to a KFC for years I went to this place order day for first time in years and I doubt however go back to any KFC everything very bland not like it used to be many years ago . I mostly go to McDonald's their food pretty ok . I don't expect much for fast food but my opinion only KFC chicken not like it used to beAnyway that my rant . Sorry if I unset KFC lovers out there like I say only my opinionJ

£7 voucher I got from KFC after an order went wrong didn't work, member of staff very kindly didn't charge me as he took note of this. Not often you get exceptional customer service from fast food places.

Even after 3 years nothing has improved. Still using the con "we haven't got a penny" so can't give you correct change. That scam still being used is shocking.No more so than the manky environment. No wonder it was dead at lunchtime apart from Ubereat delivery drivers. Table all strewn with empty wrappers, packets and food debris.Despite the 10 minute wait, all food ordered was colder than a corpse and not to be asked what dip, just given out of date garlic mato. That had congealed in container.Because I needed to pay for two meals served by an attitudinal rat! Who then said I was asking for one meal then, when specifically said two.

Well where do I start disabled toilet absolutely disgusting filthy looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. food all over the floor where we were sat tables not cleaned will we eat here again I don't think so but i will add that as soon as we complained the manager sent a young lad out to clean but it shouldn't be like that in a world famous eatery 🤢🤢

I went to this KFC yesterday, and it was really unhygienic! Me and my girlfriend ordered 12 hot wings and found a hair in one of the chickens, I was disgusted, told the staff about it and replaced it with two hot wings...it was still a quiet disturbing experience, I would not go back to this particular food place

Service was ok.No drinks dispenser working so swapping drinks for cups filled with flat bottled drinks.Ordered a 10 wing meal, got 7 wings because they had "run out".Medium fries had approximately 10 fries.Wont be going again.

Visited on the 30th July, the bins were overflowing, thick dirt on skirting walls, the toilets were vile, order machine didn't produce my receipt, food was cold, given alternative food for items that's wernt available, asked for a refund and was told to email customer care, I've got over 20 emails with customer care telling me the restaurant have to refund me, I've called the restaurant maybe 30 times now and keep being ignored, here's the proof of my calls, emails and pictures of the disgusting kfc restaurant in Charlotte street liverpool

Whilst in Liverpool, sample the delights of this sad fast food restaurant, where the chicken is so hard after being left in the oven for hours at a time, that you can expect to lose a few fillings - no samonella poisoning here. The miserable portion sizes. The lack of staff wiping tables is sure to be a hit winner with Covid. Yep, the food here certainly tastes funny alright. Avoid at all costs.
