Kfc in Liverpool

Treated myself on the way home from work. Nothing wrong with the food but what's going on with a. Being takeaway only after 8pm? b. No receipt from self service counter c. Poor lad behind the counter having to serve me warm 7-up from 2 bottles?Working in customer service I feel bad for poor people who have to encounter the potentially obnoxious customers who would kick off if they wouldn't get exactly what they wanted.Fix it or redeploy the workers to a better KFC site..

Ordered a boneless banquet and when food arrived turns out there was no fries or coleslaw. Food was fine but they substituted with things I don’t like. Would have been nice to have been contacted to ask what I’d like instead or given a small freebie as goodwill as half my order was changed without my knowing.

Usually KFC is generally good, however this KFC near Liverpool central station do not have enough staff. I stood in the queue for 40 minutes before they serve me. I waited by sitting on a table, the staff said she would call me when the meal was ready, she did not. I went up to the reception table to ask after waiting for 20 minutes. Staff started to ask the kitchen to do my meal. I wasted almost one hour to buy a meal. I am disappointed with that branch of KFC. They have no ice cream. I am suggesting people to be aware of this poor service.

absolutely awful service. one hour wait when i asked they hadn’t even started making it absolutely awful. when given to me chicken was cold as if it had been waiting there for a while. not even a very busy day and they still failed to give people their food quickly and efficiently !!!!!! be better.😡

I mean £14 for 2 1 bite burgers and a packet of chips that had about 8 in. The staff clearly didnt want to be there as was apparent on their faces. There was 1 guy on till about 4 people in the back, i had to wait a long time for my food while the till guy took a new large order and then someone finally came out the kitchen to put together that new order and completely disregarded my ticket already on the screen.

Had a train to catch and this KFC is close to the station. Train was at 11:50 so had just enough time to get one…if they bothered opening. 11:10 the doors opened. The card readers were down so I had to order on the screens which was a nightmare to navigate and really slow. Rushed my meal and just made my train. Should’ve got a Maccies. Staff were nice tbf

Visited this evening and the service was shocking. Food orders half sorted and left going cold... When order completed and called I challenged the food that had sat bagged going Cold. Manager refused to discuss despite the front of house trying their best.. Manager finally came to the front when I demanded a refund (which I got..) whole place needed a good clean up as tables were covered in previous visitors discarded waste and flood was filthy. My advice is to avoid at all costs

Small diner ( upstairs was shut ), rubbish was overflowing near the bins. The staff did come and clean/tidy up but it wasn't quick enough as I was sat 20 mins looking at overflowing rubbish/food from customers.Food was tasty as always in KFC.

Food arrived eventually. I asked why it took so long the delivery driver said he had to drop off two other orders before ours.! Think it's cheeky to charge us for delivery if he's dropping off others on the way!! Opens the bag and first of all the cold cans were in the bag with the food literally on top of my burger so food was cold and dry as **** and chips were cold too but at least the drinks were still cold though. Opens my burger and I mean I was like where is the lettuce and what was on it had seen better days! Hardly any mayonnaise on it either. Wish I ordered a mcdonalds very disappointed.

Whilst in Liverpool, sample the delights of this sad fast food restaurant, where the chicken is so hard after being left in the oven for hours at a time, that you can expect to lose a few fillings - no samonella poisoning here. The miserable portion sizes. The lack of staff wiping tables is sure to be a hit winner with Covid. Yep, the food here certainly tastes funny alright. Avoid at all costs.
