Khan in Liverpool

Food was... ok. Service was terrible. Ordered ahead, arrived at the time stated, still had to wait 30 minutes. No one even acknowledged us for 10 minutes

Been here a few times, lovely food, great staff, would recommend, but you can wait a while for your order, worth it though.

Fabulous and authentic Indian food. Reasonably priced, great quality and excellent customer service.

Terrible service !!!!!Ordered food at 17:45 for us and guests. Food arrived at 20:30 without a single apology and our guests had already left. When questioned, the owner said people wait up to 4 hours for his food and didn't see the issue. Shocking

No StarsSaturday 9th October 2022 Absolutely terrible serviceI ordered a set meal for 2 and a few extras for me and my girlfriend at 18.45 and its now 22..00 and are meal still hasnt turned up I have phoned them and the person who answered the phone said they are busyWe will never use khans takeaway in Brodie Avenue liverpool ever again NOT RECOMMENDED

Ordered at 6.30 on a Saturday night and was told to pick it up in (about) an hour...maybe 10 minutes more. So i went at 7.45 and they were so busy. Waited about 10 minutes which was fine as they were really busy and doing their best. Food was gorgeous! Like real restaurant food. Peshwari nann bread was delicious as was the sagg aloo, rice and onion bhaji. Main courses were excellent. We got chicken tikka and the chicken was so succulent and huge! Also got chicken silsilla and that was beautiful. We got two meals for 3 and we couldnt eat it all! Excellent place and our new favourite takeaway. Thank you to all the hard working staff at Khan. Your dedication and hard work is appreciated.

Never waited so long for food ever. Never again. Preordered at 4.30, they opened at 5.30. Due at 6.40, then 7.05. Phoned them up, not even an apology. Rang again at 7.40 did get an apology, but the food hadn't even left the restaurant. Finally arrived at 8pm. Very very poor.

Lamb rezzella - stunning curry.Vegetable sagwalla - also stunning.Honey curry - creamy but also stunning.Better to pick up, as delivery took a long time.There is a friendly atmosphere in the curry house.Thank you. We will come here again.From Matthew and Christine in Halewood

Khan offers consistently tasty food, but delivery can be on the slow side i.e. I've waited over an hour and they're just 5 minutes walk from my house. As long as you bear this in mind or you're happy to go collect food yourself then it's not a problem. Top marks for hygiene on Scores on the Doors too and you can see right into the kitchen from the customer waiting area.

The food is good but the service is awful had to wait two hours had friends round so was slightly embarrassed as they were starving. It arrived without some of the order and because I ordered online the app didn't have anywhere to request a refund. I rang up and the guy was like I will drop them off and I said I just want a refund as we had eaten he said he would drop the refund off . Currently still waiting; Will not be ordering off them again and I have used them before and it's always the same they take forever to deliver.
