Lazeez in Liverpool

Absolutely lovely, tasty food! Always, quick delivery and hot when arrives. Recommend the donner Kebabs, plenty of meat on kebab with fresh salad and plenty of sauce! Pizza's, cheesy garlic bread and onions rings all delicious! Staff always so pleasant on phone and also the driver's on delivery!How times have changed ordered but no delivery came plus ignored with phone calls? Took money but no food???

Absolutely disgusting the way iv just been spoken to by this store. Was due a replacement from my last order because it arrived late and wrong food come got promised a replacement order on the day I ordered but I was going working away only come home yesterday told the manager this on the phone the person I spoke to last time said it would be fine but now manager refusing to send correct food out to me now I am out of pocket will not be visiting again

Amazing food. Gave us free chips, free salad, free sauces, and a free 7 inch garlic bread with extra toppings. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Food tasted great. Chicken kebab was one point, chips were crispy and cooked properly. Loved the experience. Will deffinately come here regularly

The best pizza I have ever had in liverpool if u don't order from here then u are losing out u have got to get your pizza from this place excellent place and the staff are always so happy to help wish I could add a picture of how amazing this pizza looks so nice

Ordered a take away from a lazeez based in North Wales In the village of Rhuddlan. Payment was accepted but the food wasnt delivered. After visiting the lazeez based in Rhuddlan the foolowing day we were informed that the buisness had not been operating for some time. Very disappointed and awaiting a full refund for the inconvenince cauaed. The food was ordered through a site named bigfoodie. To make things worse one of the telephone Numbers provided put us through to a local bed and breakfast in Rhuddlan 😡😡😡😡

Food was delivered ice cold rang them back up to complain was told ‘we are busy not are problem’ if had a option to put no stars I would worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered from food was unedible straight in the bin NEVER ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY FOOD IS DIGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!

Regular customer near enough every night the past few times I’ve ordered now it’s been something missing such as I ask for sauce on a burger I get given it all over my chips and not on my burger! I then stated the past few times my order has been a mess delivery driver also tried to over charge for order and give me the wrong change back although they did take some money off the order I’m disappointed and will be finding somewhere else to order from in future! Also the Donnor meat takes burnt and crispy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! I ordered a 18 inch sizzling bbq pizza. When i looked on Just Eat Website it said £11.80, when I called up the man on the phone said it was £14.50. The sizzling bbq pizza is a bbq base pizza with cheese and chicken. I have ordered it numerous times. Each time i have ordered it in the past, the order was correct but on this occassion it wasnt. After speaking on the phone an placing the order I had specifically said to the man on the phone that i dont want any additional vegetables I just want bbq sauce and chicken on it. After my partner had gone to collect the order and we had taken it home, I opened the pizza box and saw lots of vegetables on it. I called up Lazeez and explained that we have just paid £14.50 for the pizza and it has vegetables when I specifically said no vegetables. The man said it's my job to tell him that i dont want vegetables. I did but clearly had forgotten. I demanded for him to make another pizza or give me a refund and he said NO. He said I will need to pay for another pizza. Under the Sales Of Goods Act, it is illegal to mislead a customer into a purchasing a product. Lazeez has falsely advertised their food products advertising them as different prices online and on the telephone. This is illegal and I have told him I will be reporting him to Trading Standards which I will be doing. I cannot believe that he had the audacity to tell me that i would need to pay full price for another pizza. He was in the wrong, he mislead me and didn't listen to my specific instructions. The shop is dodgy and I'm pretty sure they have illegal immigrants working there without any legal right to work in the United Kingdom. I hope Trading Standards exposes their establishment and closes them down and I hope all potential customers see this review and don't order from them again because they clearly like to rob innocent people! This is my worst experience in ordering food from a takeaway.
