Lin Hao Chinese & English Takeaway in Liverpool

I would give 0 if I could. I have ordered in the past and had minor problems but today I had a thick long hair in my food, I rang and told them and they said it wouldn't of come from there shop. I feel sick thinking about it. We've not been offered a refund or any apology, just getting made to feel like we're lying. I will never order from here again. Health and safety clearly isn't there as they thought there was nothing wrong with the fact there was a huge hair in our tea. Now we have waste £17 worth of food.

1st time tried LIN HAO tonight,we bought the BANQUET FOR 2,SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE,SUPER FAST DELIVERY,from order to delivery,only 20mins,on FRIDAY EVE Rush hour,ALL THE FOOD PIPING HOT & SO FRESH & TASTY,We even changed a meal on menu at no extra chargePrice for extras Inc drinks & delivery was only £21.50,We were so impressed,we will only order from LIN HAO,From now on.We would totally recommend you try them too.

Already visited this takeaway whenever I was in the area visiting family, so very much became my local, never go to /or use any other takeaway now I locally. Very friendly staff, lovely food, great value for money, what more could you ask for! Again, staff are delightful, highly recommend.

We regularly use this family run chippy and standard is good and lovely people however the fish and chips we had tonight ended up in the bin. Please cook your chips for longer just a bag of soggy potato and oil!very disappointing!

Absolutely gorgeous food from here we ordered char sui curry & char sui fried rice. Beef mushroom & chicken chow mein and chicken wings. Very friendly staff too.
