Took friends there... Just had a £100 parking ticket for the privilege of parking the car in the car park..Bonus 👍

We watched football in there and had a couple of pints. Very good service and very nice atmosphere

My mothers gone out for an afternoon lunch an had to wait 45 mins to get the wrong drinks from a stinky attitude. Left because no one would bring out a food menu. Poor service from the middle aged woman but was treated nicely an moved from a mucky table at start by a young gent

Lunchtime visit. Lovely setting on the Marina.Service unfortunately extremely slow. Had to ask 3 times for a drink order. Ordered cheese and bacon burger and asked to replace chips with sweet potato fries at an extra cost. Meal arrived no bacon and 2 portions of chips and SP fries. No cutlery, no napkins.Expensive for a limited menu

Well organised for drinks but food a let down chicken burger very dry and sharing platter greasy to pricey for what you got...will go again but won't eat there

This is a lovely venue but unfortunately it is let down entirely by the attitude of their staff. They are quite abrupt and short with customers and upon asking for them to change the table number on our food order we were met with a very snotty attitude and told that she is just bringing food out and seeing where it goes. Would not recommend to others until you put your staff through a customer care course as their attitude toward your patrons is disgusting.**UPDATE** After being sat for over an hour and a half waiting for our food order it finally arrives only for me to find that the chips were over done the burger meat was overly seasoned and very salty and the burger bun itself was black in places. A serious rethink of your staffing is in order I believe as I won't be returning until the staff has changed or been given the correct customer service training.

Went to the bar ask for a drink and menu and as there wasn't any room inside I went outside. Patiently waited for over 20mins then went back in to ask for drink and menu then waited another 20mins. Regardless if a place is busy or not 40 mins+ for a drink? Not to mention the food! Very average not worth getting! Got told don't be cheeky also lol unbelievable customer service

This being my local pub reausteraunt. Top of the range breakfast. Not the chepest but good quality and good service. Went in for my first pint after lockdown today. Outside only. Never got a pint. Good few in and one member of staff serving. People that came in after me got served. I was totaly ignored. Thought better of Alfies. Wont be going back. Went and had a nice pint some place else with great service

If you walked along the waterfront of Albert Dock towards the Liverpool convention center, you will end up at this beautiful place. Had a quick meal here. It was wonderful.
